Oh I have a few things to say about my experience yesterday.
Went to this location yesterday, September 14th/24.
FIRST RED FLAG: I asked them if they had a calorie sheet for the items on the menu, the girl at the register asked her coworker what that was and then without even bothering to look, stated they didn't have one. When I said "Oh, ok I'll have to look it up on my phone", all the workers literally glared me down like I was inconveniencing them by looking up the calorie info which took me 4 min because internet connection was being slow.
Also, I'm observant because I can see them all staring at me and I'm looking behind me to make sure I'm not intruding on other customers and there was literally noone else in the store!!! Talk about making someone uncomfortable.
It's actually a law requirement for larger chain restaurant companies to have one available on display or have a sheet to provide if asked. That's actually a violation if they don't have one as the calories aren't listed on the TV menus.
So I went on my phone to check, the entire time it was majorly awkward being stared at, then when I ordered it was even worse. They all talked amongst themselves as I stood there and treated me as if I was a nuisance to them?
I asked the girl at the register if I could just get the sandwich, she said yes. So after I checked the calories and cf it was within my caloric budget, I asked for the sandwich. Then we both stood there for 2-3 minutes as she didn't ask if that was all, didn't ask if I wanted a drink, I'm waiting to pay and she didn't communicate with me at all, to a point where I finally looked at her and said "I'm paying with debit". Only THEN does she finally pull up the payment on the debit machine.
Also, the taters are always stale and gross, has this dry chunky parts on the outside, and they always taste old... I actually bought a large from this location many months back and threw them out because they tasted off.
At the end of the interaction and them giving me my sandwich, no "have a good night", nothing. They continued to talk amongst themselves and I took the sandwich and said "Have a nice night!". Nothing. NO RESPONSE. No customer service whatsoever.
Overall just a bad experience and it's not worth going there anymore, especially when the workers all talk amongst themselves in their language the entirety of you being there and barely acknowledge your existence, and then act like I'm doing them a disservice when I have to interupt their conversation.
They gave me the sandwich, and went back to talking amongst themselves in their native language and when I say "Have a good night!" and they say nothing and continue to talk amongst themselves, talk about just plain f rude.

I do it more towards the owner to learn from it hopefully and make things better for us all to enjoy. please keep in mind I've been having going to Mary browns around the city for 5 plus years because I love it so much. However, On September 16th 2024 around 1130-1230pm I was in. And first off the TWO ladies who were probably in their early 20s Were extremely bad with their customer service. I was loading up my phone app to collect my points which probably took 5-10 seconds and they rolled Their eyes at me like come on man, hurry up. Even though there was no one else in line. I just have a strong vibe that they both didn't wanna be there. And plus my lettuce on my burger was ICE cold. It should be cold but not ICE COLD. And my fries weren't even properly seasoned.
I'm Mostly upset with how the ladies were with Their customer service skills. And it was unfortunate my food wasn't good. I don't like to complain but was upset when I went hope all excited to finally eat one of my favourite meals only to find out it wasn't good :(
Overall I won't be back for a while. But am more then happy to come by in a while to post hopefully an updated positive review if I find it better then this experience.

Read moreI went here Saturday after work, about 5pm. I placed my order and while I was paying the front end person looked back at the cook and told me it would take 15 minutes. I said fine. 25 minutes later I was told it would be ready in a matter of seconds, 3 or 4 minutes later it was ready. Don't get me wrong, the food is always warm and good but if you're going to estimate the time, be realistic, don't make it shorter than it will be. If he told me from the beginning it would be close to 30 minutes, I could live with that or leave, customers choice. I was upset because of the extra 13 - 14 minutes waiting. There was an older gentleman behind the counter, I assume an owner ???? he saw that I was getting anxious but never said anything to make light of the situation. I know it was busy, but even two different Skip the Dishes drivers had to wait, one of them for at least 10 minutes.
