Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Edmonton

I was in your shop on July 2nd as I ordered a couple of subs online and parked my vehicle next to the handicap stall, 2 spots away from the entrance. Before I got out of my car, a vehicle backed into the handicap stall next to me. Between vehicles parked in front of the restaurant and the building is a sidewalk. I got out and walked on the sidewalk to the entrance and waited till my subs were ready. When they were, I walked the building and turned left on the sidewalk towards my car, when I ran into the open back door of the vehicle in the handicap stall with the bottom of my mouth, just below my bottom teeth. Needless to say, I did not enjoy eating one of my subs, as I was in extreme pain for 4 hours. My inner lip was badly bruised, which I took a picture of. My chin was swollen for 5 days, and whenever I pull my bottom lip up, the pain of the injury is still there. I was furious with the guy when he came out. I later called the restaurant and asked them who he was, and they told me he was an employee. I asked them to get the manager to call me. No one called. I called again and they contacted him and head office and STILL, no one has called me. I should receive some sort of compensation for the pain I went through and am still going through.

I recently had the pleasure of trying veggie & cheese on Mediterranean Greek bread and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The bread was perfectly grilled and had the right amount of crunch, while the ingredients inside were fresh and flavorful. I particularly loved the combination of southwest and mr sub sauce, which created a unique and satisfying taste.

The sub was also generously sized, making it a great value for the price. The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. I appreciated how they took the time to ensure that my sub was made to my liking.

Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Sub to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. The quality, taste, and service are all top-notch and I will definitely be returning for another...

Had been coming here for years, unfortunately recent visits have left me feeling unsatisfied. Service slow, friendly yes but slow. Portions are smaller and smaller each visit, I asked for lots of pickles and got 3, when asking for more it, the look I was given was unnecessary. Asked to have my sub grilled, I received a sandwich that has crackers for bread. When I asked why my sandwich is burnt, was told you wanted it grilled. Yes you’re right but I didn’t ask for black burnt bread. I don’t think I will be giving them another chance. With so many options in the area, sure to find something more...
