Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Edmonton

My 13 year old daughter has Celiac disease. She has never ordered anything for herself at a restaurant because of cross-contamination risk. I showed her last night that if she informs the staff of her allergy, she may be able to have a very few items on some menus. We have identified the "Frozen Lemonade" at Tim Hortons as one of these items if the machine mixing attachment is sanitized. This process is simple and quick and allows her to safely have the frozen lemonade. The staff at the Capilano Tim Hortons on Friday June 7, 2019 at 9:15 p.m REFUSED to clean the machine for my daughter. This was her very first attempt at ordering ANYTHING for herself at a restaurant and she was discriminated against by your staff. She left your outlet very upset. The staff member is described as female, approximately 50 years old, with glasses. This staff member said it "takes too long" to clean. We are currently advising the Canadian Celiac Association, Alberta Health Services and Tim Hortons corporate office in writing of this blatant discrimination against a person with a disability. I've been to most of the Tim Horton's in the city of Edmonton. This location used to be good a few years ago. They made the best ice caps, they actually looked like they should on the menu. That isn't the case anymore. Every ice cap I've gotten from that location in the past few months have all been super liquidy, and wayyy to sweet. It's like they put double the flavor shot amount. Or they forget to give you the flavor shot all together. I brought it up one time that it wasn't made right and that I've been going to Timmy's every day for the last 7 years every day. She then gave me sas saying she's been working there and knows how to make the drink I ordered. Even though the one she gave me looked nothing like it should have. If i could give 0 stars, I would. I took a looong break from getting any food items there because I've found hair several times, my husband brought me a (turkey bacon hair club sandwich) today... Blahhhhh why???? Updated review from 3 years prior.... At first I have them at a 4/5 It's now a 2. You guys owe me atleast 15 bucks by now. I pay for an iced coffee with caramel/ caramel is an added cost. I can't remember the last time you actually put it in my iced coffee..... It's getting ridiculous. I enjoy this location I find the staff friendly but holy, first a hair right in my breakfast sandwich (blahhh, haven't been able to order food for easily 4 months because of that) and my iced coffee with caramel rarely has the caramel in it.....I'd say out of 10 orders maybe like 3 actually...
