The staff acts so entitled. I order a pita wrap with fries and a drink. I asked for a diet coke and when I went to take a sip it was flat. So, I decided to ask the employee to just switch it with anything that is not flat and she proceeded to tell me no. She said that's what I ordered so I have to stick with it. I didn't argue it with her much because I could tell there's no point but when I asked for the manager's name or number she proceeded to tell me no I cannot tell you, she works at a different location now here.How does that make any sense.... your drink quality was bad and I was expected to know that and order something else ? I came here on Friday, January 5th, 2024. I placed my order at around 12:40pm (chicken opa platter). It tasted good until I realized there was a bug in my food. It resembled the spices they used for the rice. I had to double take to see if it was really moving and made me wonder if ate any more of those as they are extremely tiny and blend in very well. It was at the very bottom of the box, so I know it wasn't something that had come in after I ordered my food. It really grossed me out, and will be avoiding eating here...
