Subway — Restaurant in Edmonton

I stop here for salad all the time. Issue time 13:59 Fri Sept 30th 2022. I have been going here for years until today and was here just yesterday. Wow like wow. Horrible experience. I asked for a double steak salad. She looked at me with disgust. I thought wow bad day. The meat portion was the size of a single. I could not believe it. She asked what did I want I said big handful of spinach and asked 3x because she was not listening. I asked for lettuce big handful 3x again because again not listening. She would immediately ask anything else before I could say anything. I asked for onion She put like 3 or 4 pieces of onion on it. I said a big handful She said "NO ITS TOO MUCH" at this point I was bewildered, the bowel was maybe, I mean maybe 1/3 ish full if that. I said "pardon me" I was in disbelief that anyone would even say that. I eat alot of subway I know what fits. Wow. Again she said it's too much. I eat the same thing each time I am at subway. I go here because I am ketogenic and have limited food choices for fast food. She is small girl and has served me in the past with no issue at all. She was working with a filopeno guy. She was clearly rattled about something. I really hate to call anyone down but rather than call her out for her behavior I choose to put my hand up say nothing and walk out mid salad. I seriously have never done that. I have had some excellent experiences at this subway. Give credit where it's due. hense the reason I go here. That by far was away out of line. I suppose will not be back. Total shame because I use the Walmart here and was here just the day before with zero issues. Fast friendly service. I spend maybe $140 per month here. Easy $1000 a year at this location. Totally my loss because I really liked it here until now! However you cannot condone bad behavior and vote...

Ordered 3 veggie subs no patty ,no extra cheese, no mozzarella cheese. The lady behind the counter says to me that a seasoning is going to be extra cost. At payment I ask her that nothing is mention on your menu that seasoning is extra. She tells me everything costs money, I said I am ok to pay for it if you show me where does it say on the menu.After arguing with here about the that for a while. I noticed she was charging me for which I didn't get. Total came around 45$ for 3 simple veggie footlongs no extra , so I confronted her about it and she again goes everything costs money , I again mentioned that I didn't buy any of the subs you are charging me for. At the end she charged me correctly after arguing with her for so long. Very bad experience at a subway ever, avoid going...

This is by far the worst Subway experience I've ever had. The service at this location is slower than cold molasses on a sheet of glacial ice! To start with, I stood in line for 15 minutes for the "sandwich artist" who really didn't seem to care about the 15 people in line, but more about the skip order that had just come in. Once I was finally summoned by a quick "next" from the angry employee, they made my sub with the minimal amount of toppings as possible. I would've asked for them to add more, but I didn't want to prolong my stomach eating the rest of my body while I wait for the meager morsel the artist was going to provide me. To top it all off, I was presented with a TIP option. Needless to say I left that place of sadness and despair as quick as I could....
