The buffalo ranch wings are, without a doubt, my absolute favorite. The perfect balance of spicy and tangy flavors has me hooked. I've tried numerous other wing flavors, but none compare to the buffalo ranch. The portion size is generous, and the quality is consistently high.

Due to unfortunate events my daughters 4th birthday party plans for the day were unable to happen, and late in the evening I had her cake, decorations and gifts in my vehicle heading home to her with broken heart to have her wake up to no birthday party that she was so excited for....I was stopped at a red light near our home, in front of Boston Pizza, it was white out blizzard and traveling to the original location was not safe. I had an idea that I thought could not even be accommodated, but I had to try. I went into Boston Pizza and it was almost empty as closing soon, and explained to the two gentlemen as host and server, Zach and Ali, the situation. Without hesitation they told me to bring in her cake and party and go get the birthday girl and they would take care of it. When I returned with my daughter and a family member, the table was ready and festively laid out. The way my girls face lit up was priceless. I knew it was late so was trying to rush the party for the sake of closing hours but Ali very kindly reassured me that there was no rush and to enjoy the occasion.We ordered 2 full orders of delicious ribs and fixens and fried pickles to start, her fav, The meal was fantastik, and Ali happily accommodated our various requests for a picky little eater, lol, my daughter LOVED the attention. After our meal the kitchen staff brought out her cake, with Zach and Ali leading in a catchy birthday song, it was wonderful and I cant thank them enough for completely turning our sad sitiation into a really great memory. Aside from the spontaneous party planning and flawless execution, the meal, service and atmosphere was impeccable. All the staff were great, but specifically Zach and Ali, made a formidable team and their compassion and professionalism were extraordinary. Took 25 minutes to even take a drink order. Asked waitresses twice if we could get some service. 5 minutes after the second ask we were served.

Staff had ample time to clean other empty tables and collaborate 5+ waitresses for a Happy birthday sing song while we sat unnoticed patiently waiting to make a drink order.

Haven't received the food yet. Hopefully the back end staff is more awake to their surroundings.

Will be asking for the bill when food shows up. With kids we don't need to be here all night.

**To finalize the evening - Food finally showed up. Order was correct. Had asked for the bill to come with the meal and it didn't. Again asked for the bill.

One of the kids had pasta while I myself had pizza. We were not presented or offered the typical condiments that would accompany : No Parmesan cheese and no chili flakes.

Drinks were almost empty when food arrived. Thought nothing of it as they usually pop back to ask about quality of the first couple bites...right? No chance. Finally service returned. Again, without the bill. Had to request drink refills and the bill.

By this point we were one of the last tables in the restaurant side.

Absolutely not impressed. The worst part? We were 15 FEET from the hostess counter / cash register where multiple staff visited numerous times throughout our visit who had a direct line of site to our table.

I get it, it was only a $120 total bill. Had this of been a visit with the guys and not the family the tip would have been to make sure they look both ways on the way thru the parking lot at the end of the night....

I'll probably go here again someday when I forget about this adventure, but for now will recommend and give my business to White Oaks or the other location on 97th street...
