Probably the most Expensive burger, place I’ve eaten at. The onion rings of which there were only five rings in my order, had absolutely no flavour. They were nice and crunchy, but had absolutely no flavour other than the cooking oil. The thick coating was just like plain bread or something, and the onions didn’t taste like anything . There wasn’t even salt on them. Thank God for some vinegar.
After spending 18 years in British Columbia, I am very familiar with white spot and their big o burgers. Their special sauce used to be very good as well as the burgers, but things sure have changed. If I closed my eyes, I probably could not tell the difference between the burger I ate, which was the original and a burger from Burger King. The special sauce is just now plain mayonnaise with no other condiments on the burger. The patty was quite thin, dry and greasy. There is one strange thing I did notice When I paid there was no option for tip. Obviously at almost $18 there is a tip already built into this extremely high price. It would’ve been $20 but there was a Tuesday special going on. Thank God
definitely NOT worth the mone for the quality or quantity! That was a $12 meal at most!
I went to the Burger’s Priest the next day (today) …. Paid just over $15 WITH 10% tip and BOTTLED water! Amazing burger and so much fries I couldn’t eat them all! Check out the pictures to compare, Big O isn’t even in the...

Read moreFood was great, was my first time trying this chain - I'd add it as a favorite! Also a great location for the store itself. The service at this location however perplexed me. Very polite and enjoyable time making my order. I was dining in and was told my meal would be brought to me. I got distracted with my phone after sitting at my table. A considerable amount of time passed and a few people had come and gone before I decided to get up and check in. I'm generally very patient as I know how busy it can get from experience in the service industry, even more so with food delivery options these days. When I got to the counter I was told they couldn't find me however I didn't hear my name called nor did anyone come to look for me. There is glass between the booths that is not transparent so you would think they might have wanted to physically come over and check if there was someone sitting where I was? Hoping staff can be a little more cognisant of who's in their...
