I recently had the pleasure of visiting EagleRidge Subway, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we walked in, Kelsi greeted us with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Kelsi was not only courteous but also very knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. She was happy to answer all our questions and even offered recommendations based on our preferences. One of the highlights of my visit was their amazing sandwiches, made on fresh buns. I have to say, she made the best sandwich, just the way I like them. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Yesterday I visited the outlet with my family. We ordered different sandwiches but the person who attended us was very unpleasant. She was not at all welcoming or pleasing. By her strange behaviour we noticed her name in her name tag, ‘Pyper’. Customers are not expecting this kind of behaviour from your staffs. With a short span of time we understood that she was not at all interested to do anything. I visited this outlet many times before but this the first time I experienced like this. The other staff named ‘Gopika’ was doing a great job. She attended other customers very well and she managed the customers in an impressive way. I had an amazing experience at Subway today! The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was top-notch. A huge shoutout to Sagar and Jyoti for their exceptional customer service. They were both friendly, efficient, and made my order just the way I wanted.
