When I got into the restaurant in the evening there were two employees working in the back. Waited for a few minutes before I had to ask one of them to help me. Asked for a rotisserie chicken wrap. The meat was weighed!!! I was asked if I wanted bacon but declined. I declined heating the meat and having cheese. I told the employee which vegetables I wanted. When finished the wrap price ended up being $9.75 including tax which is too expensive for the amount of ingredients received. The employee said the prices recently increased and the prices on the price list didn’t reflect the actual prices on the menu board behind the counter. I said the price behind the counter should match the price when rung into the register. Management needs to get this fixed ASAP. When I got home I checked the Subway app price for the green goddess wrap for which I was charged it was about $0.25 cheaper and includes avocado and rice. The employee never asked if wanted those ingredients, if they told me they came with the wrap I would have added those to my wrap, instead I was asked about the bacon. What a money grab. I’ve been to the restaurant many times before but this was one of the worst experiences at Subway. Hopefully they change how they run their business. Be more attentive to customers, stop weighing the meat, if your charging someone for a product ask them if they want the extra ingredients that are included eg; the rice and avocado, make sure the prices are consistent on app,...
Read moreI recently visited the Subway and had a mixed experience. The restaurant was clean and organized, and the overall ambiance was pleasant.
The service was decent, though not particularly remarkable. The staff was polite but seemed rushed, even though the place wasn’t very crowded. Seeing more attentiveness and enthusiasm from the team behind the counter would have been nice.
As for the food, Subway’s signature customizability was the highlight of my visit. I ordered several sandwiches loaded with fresh vegetables and my choice of sauces. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the bread was soft and flavorful.
The menu offers many options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs, which is always a plus. I appreciated the ability to personalize my meal the way I wanted.
Overall, my experience at this Subway location was satisfactory but not exceptional. I would recommend it for a quick, healthy meal option with plenty of customization choices, but don’t expect anything extraordinary regarding service or...
Read moreThis subway in particular really is just objectively terrible. I ordered a Nashville chicken footling via doordash---and initially I thought there was no chicken at all in my sub. I took it upstairs and my father and his three friends couldn't see any chicken either. I called---and went in to get my sub replaced. The manager opened the sub and pointed to a piece of chicken the size of my pinky finger---NO KIDDING---and said "there is chicken". Look up an image of the Nashville chicken sub from subway. I don't care if you "weighed it" there wasn't enough for four grown adults to even SEE! I'm normally non-confrontational and I initially agreed with them---but it's got me so mad that they had the audacity to even imply that was a reasonable amount of chicken. I've had the nashville sub many a times and it always has TONS of chicken. I'm so upset. 50 dollars for 2$ of chicken, some cookies, and a soda. Go to the other subways in town, and...
