I used to work in the food industry, so I am not asking for too much. This location has been short on something important every visit I have made to this restaurant since they opened. I will no longer use this location.
In the hot summer they served flat, warm soda without telling anyone their drink machine and ice machine were down. It was disgusting.
I have been told that an entire hamburger was unavailable from the menu. They had no beef. "WENDY'S HAMBURGERS". đ
The quality of the food are polar opposites of each other (depending on the day and staff).
Today bacon was unavailable. Out of all of the Wendy's I have been to in New Brunswick , Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC, I am shocked that only one location drops the most crucial ball religiously. It, sadly enough, is the location in Fort Saskatchewan.
Someone needs to manage the restaurant that has Canadian fast food experience. Canadians eat a lot of beef, bacon, cheese and bread. These are historically, the cornerstones of our food franchises.
I won't try to eat at this location again. Lost sale, lost customer. If this impact is continuous with others, eventually the location will suffer great losses and the revenue will reach deficit status...
Read moreI have never been inside, but I can tell you the man at the drivethru window is absolutely miserable. No customer service skills at all. I have been thru several times and each time, that man changes my mood bcs he is so unfriendly. When it starts to affect my mood, then it is time to move on.
And now I have given them another try, and they did not put the two side salads in the bag. Call them to tell them they forgot them, a lady got on the phone and basically called us liars. She said she put them in the bag, and she didnt. We suggested maybe it was given to the wrong vehicle and she denied it saying only we went through. She was very rude! And to accuse us of not telling the truth?! We did NOT get ANY salad whatsoever! Absolutely FINISHED with this place!!! I would rather starve then put up with the abuse everytime you go through there! Absolutely pathetic! Wake up Wendys! Time to clean house at this location or you wont have a business anymore. Oh! And once you give them a bad review, the option is gone to write another. How convenient! I had to come in on this post as an edit. Bye bye Wendys Fort Sask! Maybe you should send your workers to school on customer service and to learn some manners! Ignorant...
Read moreWhy is Wendy's Fort Saskatchewan location so awful 𤡠I'm a Wendy's connoisseur who can tell you a good Wendy's location from where you are in Edmonton or Calgary (the St. Albert location is great too) and the Fort Saskatchewan location has been terrible since it opened. The burgers are just garbage: the buns are stale and cold, the lettuce is old and brown, the tomato is hard and green. If you order a burger with bacon, you get teeny tiny pieces like bacon chips. If you order a burger with sauce it's about a spoonful. If you order a burger with mushrooms you are hard-pressed to find any. The sizes of the patties are inconsistent when you compare two. The fries are old. The food is always cold. Unless it should be. You can't get the chicken pecan salad at all because they don't have the ingredients. Not on occasion but invariably. Despite living in this community we have given this location it's last chance. We will drive to the 50th Street or St. Albert locations to enjoy a decent Baconator and Spicy Chicken burger and give them our money. They have proven they deserve it. Wendy's is a franchise. This location does not deserve customers because they don't provide Wendy's standard of food or service....
