I recently had the unfortunate experience and I must say, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I ordered chicken dosa and chilli paneer dosa on June 23rd, 2023. Chicken dosa barely had any chicken in it. Chilli panner was mix of potatoes and paneer which was never the case before. Always like their food. I called the next day told them about the issues. She told me to come and get the refund for chicken dosa but not for paneer since they changed their recipe. I was confused and surprised that how come you change the recipe without even informing the customers. I didn’t say anything. Due to some reasons I couldn’t go to get the refund. Called today to order something else instead of refund. She clearly declined the refund stating that its been two months we won’t give the refund telling me you should have come within one week. She never informed me about one week refund policy. This kind of customer service left me in complete shock. She was so rude, not ready to listen to a single thing I had to say.
Overall, my experience at Easy Bites was nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service and the food left me feeling utterly disappointed...

This is a hidden gem in the peace river region. I am really glad we stumbled upon this restaurent that serve "South" Indian cusine (its different from the rest of the indian cuisines) Their menu is very limited, but they serve extacly what they say in their menu. I was lucky to try their biriyani and remined me of one of my visits to Kerala ( later i learned from a local friend that their biriyani gets sold out very soon! no surprise there, its just yum)
Being a fan of dishes with coconut milk, the one i tried from easy bites that said "cooked in coconut milk" was heavenly (slurpp, sorry dont remember what they called it). It was thick and aromatic. Heard their "indo chineese" items are good too (on my list for next time)
Oh ! the Mango Milk shake, for less than $10 its a steal. If i were FSJ resident, i would skip my daily starbucks visit for this Mango Milk shake (trust me on this one)
Once again, thanks for being Authentic
Price - Its bit costly (when compared to others in the same area) Quantity - Can improve Masala Chai - Would be better if loose tea and spices are used...
Read moreStopped in while walking uptown, not really knowing what to expect. Found out it was an Indian menu, but from a different area of India from other local restaurants in town. Had the butter chicken dosa and the wife had the chicken curry dosa. We shared the samosa’s to start. The samosas came out fresh and hot. They were fantastic! Then the dosa’s. They were huge! If you haven’t had a dosa, it’s similar to a crepe or a wrap. Both of ours were delicious! Great Indian flavours, and with 3 different heat levels, we both found medium heat was just right. Our dishes were served with a ramekin of curried vegetable soup and a small dish of coconut curried something(?). Both had a medium spice level. If I were to critique anything about the place it would be the interior design. Our meals were served on blue cafeteria trays, thus pulling away from the authenticity...
