Lil AVA's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort St. John

If you want respect as a customer, I would suggest ordering from somewhere else. You will not find respect at this establishment.

The absolute worst management I have ever witnessed in my life at a restaurant, first of all, I had a $5 credit from burnt chicken wings on a previous order, which they didn't honor the manager basically called me a liar and hung up the phone. I regrettably placed an order anyways. Then got my order delivered, but I had to phone about one of my pizzas that was soggy and undercooked, they refused to do anything about the mishap telling me they didn't even cook the pizza on site that it comes from third-party. I don't think the woman on the phone knew what she was talking about, then of a sudden I could hear the manager shouting at the employee to hang up the phone. All I wanted was a replacement pizza and they wouldn't even deliver me a new one, she told while the manager was screaming at her from behind, the only way they would replace it is if I went down there and picked it up. I don't drive, so that was the whole point of getting it delivered.

You cannot sell people soggy, wet, undercooked dough you are going to make them sick!

Unless there are major changes in management and staff behavior and respect for customers, there's no way I would spend another dime at this establishment. Shame on them, and shame on whoever hired them. Absolutely despicable service.

It took me a while to try this pizza because it’s a little on the expensive side, but once we did, it did not disappoint. Now it’s the only place we order from. Well worth the money! Consistency can be a little bit of an issue (crust) sometimes which is why I dropped a star. Sufficient toppings, always enough cheese (most places in town are severely lacking in the cheese department), the sauce isn’t overpowering and when the crust is cooked to perfection, it’s absolutely delicious. Would 100% recommend!

Recently, I posted that the pizza/breadstix that were ordered online, took over an hour & a half to be delivered, after I called them, and they were cold and the pizza was soggy. After taking a couple of days to track him down, the manager said he wasn't sure what had happened, but said they were really busy that night, and he did apologize and refunded me the whole $ amount. Since I have ordered from Lil Ava's many times before, and have always been happy with the food/service, I will definitely order...
