Customer service is lacking here big time, especially in the Management dept. Had 4 pieces of chicken missing and a large taters from an order i placed for 2 families ($100). All we wanted was what was missing from our order, this is what the Managers reply was "Here's what I can do for you; next time you are in, if you would like a 13 piece feast, I will give you the large taters, large salad, large gravy and 4 pieces of chicken at no cost to you. So, all you would need to do is pay for 9 pieces of chicken and you would go home with a 13 piece feast." So basically they wanted us to pay for their mistake. I expressed my opinion about that matter and stated we just wanted what was missing. Three weeks later i got this response still insisting we buy the 13 piece feast "I apologize for my late response. I thought I had emailed you back but I must have forgotten to send it.
I understand you and your family's concern. If you were to purchase a 13 piece feast it would come to a total of $49.44 with taxes. Seeing that the 9 pieces of chicken we served you on your last visit had no issues, we would charge you for 9 pieces of chicken only, coming to a total of $28.74. We would then give you 13 pieces of chicken, a large taters/fries, large coleslaw/mac and cheese salad, and a large gravy saving you a total $20.70.

Could get a couple if the honey mustard sauce yes but a problem I travelled there by bus and once I opened the box up at home one rib kne leg and no honey mustard sauce to dip my taters into . Called them and was told oh it’s been 2.5 hours and calling now (cause that’s when choose to eat nit in the bus),plus we didn’t mess up that bad !!,so unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it but I can do something by never coming back to this location ever again basically gave my money away today and my time to go there dont make the same mistake as me by the mere fact of if going there in the first place!!! Read moreI just had the worst experience at Mary Brown’s Chicken and Tatars on Regent Street in Fredericton NB. I ordered for a Private Care Unit for Mentally disabled girls (30 piece meal over the phone with my credit card). I asked to have the six wings change to six ribs and I would pay the difference. I repeated the order three times. It cost $101 but I gave them a receipt with 15% (with 5 digit code). The original receipt with the 15%was give to the cashier to verify the code. After arriving home I checked the new receipt and the 15% wasn’t taken off.
Next, I checked my order and the gave me 15 chicken legs out of 30 pieces of chicken. I phoned the Regent Street Mary Brown’s Restaurant to speak with the (spoke with the cashier with no resolution) store manager. I was very upset for spending $101 and not receiving what I ordered. The manager would only offer 10% off my next meal which didn’t even cover the taxes. We did have a very heated argument over the matter with no resolution. My next action was to speak with the owner but the store manger said he pass on my information to the store owner. He also commented the store owner wouldn’t call me.
