Post-covid interior design is HIDEOUS and unwelcoming with the ugliest Temu-looking uncomfortable seats. The interior design basically screams "we don't want customers to actually come inside anymore, we only care about sending out as many Skip orders as possible now".
I used to come here frequently enough... but I've been coming here less and less over the past couple of years. I still occasionally come here for coffee and breakfast, but not nearly as often as I used to.
Since the start of 2025, of the 4 orders I remember I placed here... I was only satisfied with one where I was given the right food that didn't have "this should have been thrown out HOURS ago" stickers on it.
--- Staff keeps putting cream instead of milk in my coffee, despite ordering for milk.
--- Two of those orders I was given a COMPLETELY different breakfast sandwich than what I ordered.
--- One of those orders I got breakfast burritos... where the tortilla wrap was dry and hard and they had stickers on them stating they were supposed to be thrown out SEVERAL HOURS before I had placed my order. This here alone made me seriously question the food handling safety at this location if you're handing out food with stickers on them saying they are SEVERAL HOURS PAST DUE to be thrown out.
--- Only one of these orders was what I ordered and didn't have stickers on them advising me it wasn't supposed to even be served due to being past due
75% F-up rate in the past four orders is not acceptable.
Bad management. Declining quality. Declining customer service. AWFUL uninviting interior design... but increasing prices? Yeah, no thanks.
The CONSTANT messing up of orders, serving food labeled as EXPIRED, and the hideous uninviting new interior design has me not wanting to come back. The franchise owner and management clearly do not care about their customers.

I went through the drive-thru between 9:30pm -10:00pm tonight with a double separate order only to be accused of having cancelled one of the two orders I had paid for after I had paid for both orders and being told I'd need to place one of the two orders again and pay again. I was not given a receipt for either paid order however I had paid both orders on debit cards. I get up to the window to receive the orders I had paid for and a young girl passed through one of the two orders. The other order they insisted had been cancelled and not paid for and that I'd have to come back through to place my order and pay (again). I insisted the orders had both been paid, that neither were cancelled, only stated to be separate. The manager, a teenager named Jerome, came to the window to say the order had been cancelled and was never paid for. I insisted the orders were taken and both paid, what each consisted of and that I had proof. He persisted to say that only one had been paid. I told him I was coming in to show my evidence of the transaction. After having sat in the drive-thru for at minimum ten minutes trying to sort things out my passenger and I went in with bank statement in hand. Jerome, the night manager, insisted the transaction I showed him on my mobile bank statement was that of the single order I paid for. I said no, and my passenger showed their statement which indicated a totally unique transaction. Jerome said nothing and went about trying to see the order on screen. After much back and fourth they identified there were indeed two orders placed and proceeded to fulfill the order remaining and provide the second of the two drinks purchased, only after asking what we had in the car, which was one of the two drinks and one of the orders. All this trouble and not one apology in the end from the manager who insisted I had not paid for more than one of my two orders. Time to hire a babysitter...

Got group of McDonald young kids been gang up against me and refuse to give me a order that belong to customer when they order online app. They called the police on me when I am trying to claim the customer order for over an hour trying to ask the staffs ( young teens ) to hand over the customer order so I can deliver to customer. There were no assistant manager or a restaurant manager involved to solve this very serious matters. They decide to discrimination on quiet few occasions on that day. Last week during my pick up order the manager just open and shut the door on my face, a Month ago same manager told me off in drive through window that I need to speak through the speaker to place a customer order when I have tried to spell out the 4 numbers repeatly 6 times. When I came to the window I told them I am deaf. Her reply was âI donât care go around and get back of the line and tell the speaker the numbers. I was shocked and aware of their discriminations. I tried to call restaurant manager Amanda and she kept hang up the phone on me twice. Please donât go to south side McDonaldâs anymore. They donât care and they kept making mistakes after mistakes. Go to Main Street McDonald for better customer experience service. The staffs the managements team seem have a awful attitudes issue. How dare they let young kids to take charge of their restaurant when they should ask higher rank of manager for solving problem. I think they all should be termination and rehire much better staffs. Yes I am talking about Amanda and all managers and some crews should be termination for discrimination, disrespect to deaf person, force me to hear them with the face mask on. Force me to stand 200FT away from the door for pick up order. I am file for law suit against Amanda and prospect street...
