Although the hamburgers were delicious and well made... the service was terribly slow... when i go to a fast food restaurant at night i and no clients in front of me i dont expect to wait 45 min.. me and my wife remained patient and laughed about it but i could not belive what this restaurant had turned into. I have been going here for 20 years and use to love it.. the restaurant was dirty there was 7 employees but all working in slow motion.. you could tell the girl serving us wanted to do her job but the rest of the team seemed to not care. One girl that was cleaning the floor with a broom stood playing on her phone for almost 30 minutes.. we even told the girl serving us to tell the manager and there was no manager onsite... someone then told her to get off her phone and she smirk almost insulted by the comment... we were in disbelief.. how can an owner make a profit with employees like that. Are prices going up so high because we are paying for employees on there phones not working... it will be awhile...
Read moreHarvey's in general are probably my favorite fast-food place. This is mainly because their veggie burger is miles better than any "beyond meat" burger, the food is inexpensive and, as stated in the tagline, you can have it your way (in my case, this means putting way more than the recommended amount of vegetables and sauces in my burger and later eating it as a salad). This particular Harvey's isn't the best, but it's definitely not the worst. The ingredients taste fresh and the food is cooked well, the only issue is the fact that most of the employees look miserable and have an attitude. Also, fix the milkshake machine, it's been like 6 months!!
Edit: they've fixed the milkshake machine and the employees. I dont know how, the employees are the same people, but somehow they're less... judgemental? A bit less hateful toward the concept of work? Did you guys... Brainwash them???...
Read moreFood is usually good but the service could be alot better. Went today and ordered the fish sandwich which they fried and it was ready before the onion rings. I then had to wait for the onion rings and they asked me to sit down and wait so they can bring them out which is normally fine but i was travelling with my autistic son and he has issues with waiting. Can you tell me why id have to wait longer for the fish than i would for onion rings? I then noticed the employee a younger gorl catch an attitude and was talking to another employee about me. I dont speak french but from her body language i could tell she was giving attitude. You better start telling your employees the customer is usually right. Will not be going to this location ever again. I shouldve spoke to the manager but i only speak english. Not very happy with my experience...
