Pho Bo Ga 777 — Restaurant in Gatineau

I’ve gone to this place numerous times over the last 5 years or so. Recently, I’ve noticed that the attitude and demeanour of the two ladies working in front has changed. I even heard them made fun of sounds my baby was making at one time after one of them thought that I was too “recent postpartum to be out of the house”. - This was 5 months ago. For some time, I thought it was just me being too sensitive until this.. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:42pm. tonight. In front me were two ladies and another behind me. The three ladies entered, we’re seated as I sanitized my hands, when it was my turn, she looked at me and said I can only order for take out.. needless to say, I was confused because there was plenty of seating area and the ladies that were seated clearly did not have reservations. Absolutely terrible. The service by the vietnamese woman was horrible, she is so so rude. The broth of the pho has zero flavour. Doesn't deserve even 1 star. Yikes. My soup came luke warm not boiling as expected so I sent it back and asked for a new one. The rude and agressive server/owner reheated it in the microwave!! When she brought it back she was ready for a fight. I told her I was expecting a fresh one. BTW, My soup was a small size of the plainest you could order - rare beef pho. She said no this is how they do it. Basically eat it or leave it. I was so shocked and offended. A stupid meager cheap ingredients noodle soup with few thin slices of low quality beef which in reality would cost the restaurant less than $2 to make goes for $10. Stay away. I just ordered from uber eats and recieved my order. When I put the noodles and broth in my bowl at home and was gonna begin eating I noticed that all of the noodles were chopped up. I called the restaurant letting them know what was wrong with my order and she said she would talk to the cook in the back and hung the phone up on me. After 15 min I called her back but no answer so I called over and over again and she just pick up the line and put the phone on the table.
