I am appalled by the disgraceful treatment I received at this takeout store. The staff member serving me was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unfit for customer-facing work. My questions were met with visible annoyance, eye-rolling, and sarcastic remarks. This was not a one-off bad moment — it was deliberate, sustained, and deeply disrespectful.
I have never been treated this poorly in any business, let alone one that depends on customers to survive. It was clear that the staff had no interest in helping and no fear of consequences for their behavior. If this is the standard allowed here, it speaks volumes about the management’s lack of oversight.
Frankly, someone who behaves like this should not be representing any company. I strongly urge management to investigate immediately, review your customer service standards, and take the necessary disciplinary action — including termination if this is not the first complaint.

I came in for my mobile pickup and the so-called manager, Joanese (in a red t-shirt), was nothing but rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping or explaining, he started yelling at us for no reason at all. We literally didn’t say a word, yet he acted like we committed some crime by placing an order.
To make it worse, the staff admitted their espresso machine has been broken for weeks — yet they still let people order items online they can’t make. When I asked about it, the manager started shouting again, blaming us instead of taking responsibility. They couldn’t fulfill the order, couldn’t process a refund, and the manager just kept being hostile even as we were leaving.
The way he treated us was beyond rude — it came off as disrespectful, dismissive, and even racial. Absolutely disgusting behavior from someone representing Tim Hortons. This location clearly has no standards of customer service, no accountability, and no respect for customers.
If you value being treated like a human being, do yourself a favor and avoid this place...

My sister order 2 bowls on June 29 at around 230 pm, girl punched in 1 bowl and 1 wrap, my mom and nephew have celiac and the lady refused to correct the order even after we told her the wrap is useless to us and if she wants we will pay extra, she kept insisting we take the wrap, she obviously doesn't know what a gluten allergy is, she kept arguing and telling my sister she didn't know how to read the receipt, eventually my sister got frustrated and raised her voice...the cashier fired back with a "THE CUSTOMER ISN'T ALWAYS RITE" with attitude. With everyone watching she kept giving my sister attitude and eventually gave us a refund.
