A Must-Try New Indian Spot – Incredible Food & Great Service!

Just tried the new Indian restaurant in town and I’m already planning my next visit! Every dish we ordered was full of authentic flavors and cooked to perfection.

The Butter Chicken was the highlight – creamy, rich, and perfectly spiced with tender chicken pieces that melt in your mouth. We paired it with their freshly made Garlic Naan and Tandoori Roti, both of which were soft, warm, and had just the right amount of char from the tandoor. You can tell they know what they’re doing with bread!

The Veg Manchurian was another winner – crispy on the outside, soft inside, and coated in a tangy, slightly spicy sauce that had us going back for seconds (and thirds). It had that perfect Indo-Chinese kick.

We also tried the Malai Chicken, and wow – so juicy and flavorful with a creamy marinade that gave it a lovely smoky flavor from the tandoor. It’s a must-try for sure.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Chatkhara, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were treated to exceptional service, courtesy of our delightful waitress. Her warm smile, kind demeanor, and attentive nature made us feel right at home.

But what truly stole the show was the incredible food! Each dish was expertly crafted, with varying spicness levels for all to enjoy. The presentation was stunning, with vibrant colors and artistic garnishes that added to the overall wow factor.

Excellent food, beautiful spices and good variability in heat levels for an audience that can't handle spice. Their "hot" option leaves something to be desired. The Malai kofta and the daal makhani stand out as two incredible mains. The malai kofta has such a rich and beautifully spiced gravy. Very good stuff.

Unfortunately, the quality of service here is marred by a very inadequate website. Their website allows for making orders, but some items like dal fry cannot be added to cart and the order does not give an estimated timeline for order pickup. Additionally, they do not actually get notified that an order has been placed through their website. I ordered and came for pickup a half hour later and they had not even noticed or started the order; they said it would be 15 minutes but the order was not ready for another 30 minutes.
