Overall, this is a good bubble tea place. Fantastic location with a nice cozy store. I love when bubble tea places show a picture of the bubble tea they are selling. Anyways i know they could improve a little. I just thought my bubble tea was a little too watered down, maybe donāt add too much ice. I also thought that the service was kind of slow (this is because there was only one person working) when me and my cousin walked in, there was no one there and the lady was taking a while to start our drinks and then all of a sudden a large family came in and she started taking their order before even trying to finish our two drinks. Just bad prioritizing i think. She couldāve acknowledged the people that came in and said āiāll be with you in a minuteā as i could literally see her almost finishing up our drinks. Instead she didnāt and started taking the indecisive orders of the large family that was after us. I hope this place...

The owner hands you the debit machine with a tip already selected by her. 1) just increase your prices, I hate being forced to tip. Tipping is for good service, not for making the product you sell. That is not good service, that's just selling your product. 2) as the owner you are already making money off the business, not a worker being paid minimum wage.
The drinks are still good but this practice of forcing customers to tip is a huge turn off and I have stopped going. Again, just increase your prices by 10% instead of doing this. I recently discovered My Tea and this is my new favourite bubble tea place in town. The flavours are unique, taste fresh instead of powdery, and prices are very reasonable. It's a one person operation so you do need to wait a little but worth the extra minute or two....
Read moreThis is definitely one of the best bubble tea cafés in the city. I very much recommend that if you're on whyte Ave or just looking for a good bubble tea place to try, then you should come here. It's locally owned and operated and the owners are always there working and really friendly. They also make their own desserts, so give it a try. I tried the Orenilla (Oreo & Vanilla mix) and the Taronut (Taro & Coconut mix) which were both really good. They primarily use fresh ingredients in their drinks and desserts. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. Come try it out, I'm sure you won't be disappointed and I'll definitely be going back again for...
