*Food* Crispy Prawn Sushi Tacos (7.5/10): Super rich in flavor, especially the prawn breading. I wish they add more sauce to it because the soy wrapper and the rice makes it dry. Still worth ordering it again. Steak Frites (7/10): The steak is juicy and tender, but not so loaded in flavour. The fries are a bit too oily, and the lemon oil dressing in the salad was not proportional to the spring mix portion. I'd try something else for the main dish next time I go. Raspberry creme brulee (8/10): Recommended by the server and was definitely a great choice. The sugary taste is on point, with enough raspberries served to have a mix of whipped cream, raspberries, and custard in every bite. Would definitely go for it again next time. *Service* I ordered a medium well steak, and it came in a bit less cooked than I'd love it to be. The server was nice enough to take it back and cook it a bit more, but it came back well done. That was okay, but was not what I wanted for the order. The staff is friendly, always smiling, and kind to check in every now and then.

Yesterday my wife and I had honestly one of the best examples of customer service anywhere ever. Our daughter is in the hospital for an extended stay so to give ourselves a break we went to earls for dinner. We got a seat right away however we didn’t see a server for about 15 minutes. We were not concerned and did not complain or mention it to anyone. We were just thankful to be out of the hospital. The woman at the front who was either the hostess or the manager came over unprompted and said she’d noticed we’ve been sitting at our table for at least 15 minutes which isn’t right and offered to 1) get someone immediately and 2) take care of either appetizers or a round of drinks. We explained we were just happy to be out of the hospital and it wasn’t a problem and didn’t need anything but she insisted. Later in the evening the server came back and told us they were giving us a free desert because our daughter was in the hospital. We were blown away. I highly recommend the staff…the food was amazing as well lol.

This was my first time visiting this branch, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ambiance was cozy, the servers were kind, and the shop was clean and quiet. For the food, we ordered chicken noodles and sushi steak. Although we mentioned that we don’t eat spicy sauce, it was accidentally added to our steak. When we asked the waitress to change it, they did so without any hesitation, which we appreciated. However, the replacement was a bit too salty as they added a lot of coarse salt. We also ordered dessert: crème brûlée cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding. Unfortunately, it was noticeable that these desserts weren’t made in-house and seemed to be frozen, possibly from Sysco or GFS. The garnishes, like vanilla ice cream and Tuile dentelle, were nice but felt like industrial products rather than homemade. Overall, the experience wasn’t bad, and the service was great, but there’s room for improvement in the food quality.

My recent dining experience at Earls Campus in Edmonton was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was impressed by the inviting atmosphere and attentive service.

The ambiance at Earls Campus strikes the perfect balance between trendy and cozy. Whether you’re looking for a casual meal with friends or a more intimate dining experience, this restaurant delivers. The modern décor and comfortable seating create a welcoming environment that instantly puts you at ease.

The menu at Earls Campus is a true culinary delight. With a diverse selection of dishes inspired by global flavors, there’s something to satisfy every palate. I started with the Dynamite Roll, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. For my main course, I opted for the Steak and Sushi Combo, and both were cooked to perfection. The steak was tender and juicy, while the sushi was expertly crafted and bursting with flavor.

What truly sets Earls Campus apart is the exceptional service. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable dining experience. From recommendations on the menu to accommodating special requests, their attention to detail is unmatched.

In addition to the fantastic food and service, the drink selection at Earls Campus is impressive. Whether you’re in the mood for a handcrafted cocktail, a glass of wine, or a refreshing beer, they have something for everyone.

Overall, my experience at Earls Campus was outstanding. With its delicious food, inviting atmosphere, and top-notch service, it’s the perfect spot for any occasion. I highly recommend Earls Campus to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience...

I'm a frequent goer to this location as it's super close to campus making it extremely convenient. However, the past few visits have been extremely disappointing so I sadly can't see myself returning.

First concern: whenever I come in, there is never anyone there to greet us (the hostess desk is always empty) and we just stand there and wait awkwardly for quite some time.

Second concern: the servers are impeccably slow and we can never hunt down our servers when needed (there were multiple times there was no one at front of house). In addition, our server today never once came in to check how our food was. Unfortunately, all servers are either too busy huddling at the bar or hiding in the back (yes, all)... for an EXTREMELY long time.

More specifically, we had to grab the attention of 2 other servers this visit to help us out because our server was either no where to be found, or had forgotten about our requests. I think the most shocking part however, was while processing payments, she let out a very loud and unprofessional sigh expressing her irritation with not being able to input the payment properly.

By no means would I have written this review if this was the only time i've had a bad customer experience here. However, with it being multiple visits that haven't been pleasant, it gets frustrating. Yet, i will say that the time it takes for the food to come out to the table has...

We went as a group of 5 on a fairly busy evening but the place seemed well staffed. We arrived at 6:00 and left at 8:30. We waited about an hour for appetizers when tables around us were getting food and waited another half hour for entrees. We sat with empty glasses waiting for drink refills for an hour and when we brought it up to our server she said, "yep, I'll be right on it" when 10 minutes later a different girl showed up with our drink refills. When we got our entrees only 4 of them came out and we waited another 15 minutes for another one. One of our meals had soggy fries and the sandwich was cold so it probably sat on the counter for a while. We told a server about it and instead of taking it back she just said, "okay i'll let your server know." Our server came back probably another 10 minutes later and we sent it back while the rest of us had our meals. the meal we sent back still didn't come by the time we were all wrapped up so we just told the waitress to take it off the bill. We didn't tip and walked out saying "have a good evening" to the host who instead of replying with, "have a great night!" She just responded with: "bye." After we walked out we realized they had overcharged us for our drinks. Probably won't come back to this location for a while, seems to be run by a fairly inexperienced manager and staff seemed to get overwhelmed by the...
