Heard some good things and decided to try the place out with a friend.
The pop up (?) restaurant has taken over the previous same spot as Chef Hung's. There is some free parking in the back which the staff let you know about, as long as you register your plate. They are still working on interior decor and such when I went. Service was courteous and prompt, with the staff checking up on you for tea etc. Thoughout.
Generally agree with what the others have had to say so far in the reviews in regards to taste.
The Taiwan Fusion Claypool rice was pretty flavourful with the included sauce and was complemented well by the fried tofu (pictured are less pieces than once served since I started gobbling them beforehand.)
My friend's Brisket Delight according to them was alright, though a bit salty for their taste.
Would recommend ordering quickly if you get there, as the staff do tell you and it does take a good 20 min or so before the Claypool rice come out.
Overall, was a good experience, and if I am around the area will...

🍚The rice is perfect. We tried different dishes and they were very distinct. The pork patty on the rice was very soft. I usually don’t like eating it but I found it very pleasant. The spicy pork intestine noodle was my favourite dish. 好足料,好入味! (Enough ingredients and well seasoned!)
✨I really liked the fried tufo and golden kimchi side dishes. It’s not like Korean kimchi it’s more sweet and distinct. I ordered another one to take home! The fish ball and dessert was okay, I would not order it again.
🚗There is free parking at the back make sure you register your license plate!
🍗兩蚊雞!they are doing a special deal, when you dine in over 45 dollars you can get chicken for $2! Great for bringing lunch the next day, though I wish they gave us some ginger sauce with it!
I hope they stay! I’m very thankful for a HK style restaurant in...

What a delightful discovery—this restaurant nailed every dish we tried! We started with the hot and spicy soup, which was a fiery, flavorful opener packed with bold heat, tender proteins, and aromatic spices that warmed us from the first sip. Then came the ginger beef, crispy and zesty with that perfect sweet-tangy glaze; spring rolls that were shatteringly crisp and stuffed with fresh veggies; Hawaiian rice bursting with pineapple sweetness and savory notes; fluffy BBQ pork buns oozing with char siu perfection; plump, juicy beef dumplings bursting with umami; and finally, the beef with mixed vegetables—tender cuts in a vibrant, crisp medley of greens and just the right savory sauce. Portions were generous, service was warm and attentive, and the cozy vibe made it all the more enjoyable. If you're in the mood for authentic, mouthwatering Chinese fare, look no further. We'll be regulars—10/10, highly...
