McDonald's — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

i was at this McDonalds on the Kingsway,in Sudbury this morning at 10:34 this morning going threw the drive thru, to get 2 coffees and i couldn,t believe that I had to pull to the side and wait for my coffees, really coffee i couldn,t beleive that i had to wait. then 6 minutes later the person comes out with 2 coffee in her hand and i said I had asked for a tray, she shook her head and got me a tray, I said to her later found out that she was the manger. I was shocked that she was the manger, and said to her that i don,t come here anymore, because when I order my food, it looks like it was literally, thrown together and a big mess, sauce everywhere, meat half on half off the bun and its not once, but all the time, so now till today I just go there to get coffee only, how can they mess it up but they do, anyway the manger was getting upset with me, and I had sai I will never come back to this McDonalds ever again, the manager, said good get out and don't come back, i couldn,t believe she said this, I had said to her I'm calling head office, and the manger repeat good , now get out of here, well let me say that I,ll never return to that or any McDonald again. after I got home I called that McDonalds and asked for the owner, and said he's not here, ask for his phone number and said we can,t give it out, and hung the phone up, this is unbelievable, I hope that the owner reads this and realizes, that his manager, should be changed. the bottom line is I,ll never ever drive into that McDonalds again even though I live 2 minutes away from my house, so look out Wendy's, Harveys here I come. to the owner your manager was rude, used foul language, and after all that , tell me to get out and never come back, and said to me go ahead call head office, i don,t care, woo I guess that McDonalds makes way too much money, so in ending Burger King and Wendy's, and Harveys here I come, and to McDonalds your losing a good customer from 1967 till this morning, I hope the people of sudbury reads this and instead go to the McDonald, on...

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a couple times and everytime it’s a rough experience. I almost never leave reviews but after my last experience I felt I had to. If you’re reading this, just go to the McDonald’s on Notre Dame or Regent. This McDonald’s not only messed up your order half the time, but they won’t even check for your order if you placed it on the app. I did a mobile order and they just flat out refused to check for it for 10 minutes. I pulled back up and asked them If they had got it yet and they said I already told you we had no orders. I got angry and told him to check cause I’ve paid for it 20 minutes ago and I can show him proof and all of a sudden “oh look I have it.”

Except THEY STILL MESSED IT UP! They refused to make me a milkshake which I had once again ALREADY PAID FOR and forced me to substitute it for something. Which would have been less aggravating if I could have just had my money back in the first place rather than not acknowledging my Initial order and having just refused to check for it for 10 minutes.

Now all this still wouldn’t usually cause me to leave a review EXCEPT THE LAST TIME I WENT HERE I HAD FOOD POISONING AND THE TIME BEFORE THAT THE CHICKEN WAS UNDERCOOKED AND RAW!

Only came back here this time because I accidentally placed the mobile order here and not at Notre Dame!

Terrible condition in restaurant. Three tables were filthy. I had to go to the counter to ask someone to help clean up the tables. She came with a sopping qet rag. I had to then instruct her to go back behind the counter to get something to dry the table. Had the table not been dried our clothes would have gotten wet. The play room was cold and very dark. I would not let my 4 year old go back inside to play. It simply did not look safe. There were only two boys who played for a very short time.

If there was another restaurant with a play room in Sudbury ON l would stop coming to McDonald's on the Kingsway.

The other thing that was problematic is that l specifically asked for a "girl toy" with her meal. The cashier said there was none. We reluctantly took the "boy toy", five minutes later people arrived to sit beside us and their little girl had a "girl tou". When l went up to ask for the "girl toy" the girl told me i had to bring the other toy back!!! Sheer stupidity prevails at the Kingsway location. On top of this there never seems to be a manager in sight!
