Pita Pit — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

If you have 30 mins to kill waiting for your food then this is the place for you! Last time I came to this location was 3 years ago, never went back because the service was extremely slow so I decided to give them a chance today and the service was worst. Also you pay $40 for 2 pitas, they barely put any toppings! By the time they add the meat it’s burnt because it took so long for them to make your pita. Unreal. Plus they gave me a spoon for a salad… Hate to leave bad reviews but I’m baffled that this place is...

Brand new Pita Pit, very clean. Same experience I love from this franchise. We were greeted upon entering which was very welcoming. A few downsides, staff seemed new as cashier required assistance with a simple task and the "chef" made the girl ahead of me a small instead of a large, accidentally dropped some of my meat on the floor, and I heard apologies to the customer after me. I was however served the best Pita I've ever had, hence my 4 star rating! The ingredients seemed extra fresh and I'd was toasted...

Received attitude we were informed they "ran out of shredded lettuce and pickles". I said "how did you run out at 2pm????"

Then proceeded to the bank to grab their stock and refill.

Unfortunately, won't be going back. Why spent $35 on food, when costs of food are so expensive, if you can't even get lettuce?

When we walked in, no one was present within the store. Both staff were in the backroom.

Unreal. Won't visit this...
