A Turnaround Experience
I recently had a less-than-ideal visit to Montana's, which I felt compelled to share. I left feeling disappointed and unsure if I would return.
However, I want to commend the manager for their commitment to customer satisfaction. After voicing my concerns, they reached out to me personally, taking my feedback seriously. They offered me a credit to return and give the restaurant another try.
My second visit was a complete turnaround! The staff was attentive, and my meal was prepared perfectly. It’s clear that Montana values its customers and is dedicated to making things right. I appreciate the manager's responsiveness and willingness to rectify my previous experience.

Original review below: Disappointing Experience After a Decade of Loyalty
I’ve been a loyal patron of this restaurant for over 10 years, often celebrating special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. Unfortunately, my recent visit left me feeling more like a nuisance than a valued customer.
On this occasion, my wife and I decided to treat ourselves to the brisket burger, a dish we’ve enjoyed many times before. To our surprise, it seemed that the brisket burger had changed significantly, but the in-house menu had not been updated to reflect this. When I brought this to our server's attention, she insisted that what we received was indeed the new brisket burger. To add to the disappointment, there was only brisket in my wife’s burger and no meat patty at all nor lettuce.
We had to request a remake, which felt frustrating for both of us. The lack of communication from our server about the menu changes was a letdown, especially since we had come to expect a certain standard from this establishment. What should have been a celebratory meal turned into an inconvenience, and the service felt less like hospitality and more like an afterthought. Also the fries portion was cut into quarter what it used to be and when we asked the server she coldly shrugged and said this is the new portion.
It’s a shame that such a longstanding relationship with this restaurant has soured. I hope they take customer feedback seriously moving forward. Dining is not just about the food; it's about the experience, and this time, that experience was...
Read moreHaving been down for quite some time, I was offered the chance to go out for dinner and the decision was unanimous for Montanas. Having gone two other times and very much enjoyed ourselves, we knew implicitly we would enjoy ourselves again. My partner Jeremy got chicken strips and I got the Honkin' ribs and shrimp skewers combo. We also got a nachos appetizer with beef instead of pulled pork. And a side of corn and french fries! It was amazing and the meat was fantastic and soft and juicy, falling off the bone. The apple butter and honey garlic dressing made my mouth water and made my ribs even better, though it was hard to improve on an already perfect meal! We had a great time and I'd recommend Mama's Lemonade for a drink since it's delicious and the alcohol content is perfect for a hot day drink. All in all, a perfect day!
Edit: May 20th, 2024, my family came with me to Montana's and we had nachos and four cheese spinach dip and chicken and ribs and Mama's Lemonade. It was a wonderful stay and was made even better thanks to the jolly and thoughtful Kensie who made amazing recommendations and joked along with us though I'm sure she's heard it...
Read moreThe GM did contact me but the funny thing is that I’m 100% positive that she was the same manager on duty on that evening when I first visited Montana’s and she found my complaint funny and laughed at me. So good luck to this place. I have also mentioned to her that I don’t want anything from her because, don’t want garbage food again. Her personality and attitude needs to be replaced before anything els.
“Complete waste of money Wendy’s or Burger King serves better quality to be honest. This was my second time this week picking up food from this location. First time, I ordered food & service both was horrible. Missed part of order and service was a joke but when I complained to the manager for some reason she found me funny so she started to laugh at me until I snapped at her. Then she gave me credit for my food $55.00. That was the reason why I went back today. To recover my money but again received the same garbage food. Fortunately, servers and the female manager on duty was professional today. End of the day food was old, cold and garbage again. I don’t need anymore credit so please use that to fund your training for the back kitchen cooks....
