This place is much smaller than I had expected and is set up for take-out with only a few tables to dine-in. The owner is the most friendly guy ever; he happily moved two tables together for the four of us and allowed us to stay there after their closing time without saying a word. A truly decent fellow . However, I am shocked that it has an average 4.9 rating (at time of writing) based on my personal experience. The food was good, not amazing. They ran out of Banh Mi which is almost inexcusable given that this is in the name of the restaurant. Perhaps my inability to taste their sandwich is the reason why I cannot agree with other reviews which claim that the food is indeed amazing. The menu was a bit confusing and required some direction. I believe that my issues were only teething problems and I will definitely eat here again. Maybe I won't go near closing time when they have run out of their famed Vietnamese food, so that's on me tbh. Then I can give it a...

The place is your typical strip mall take out, with some eat in space. It's clean, accessible and easy to get there.
Now, the reason why you need to go: SERVICE! That's all I'll say. One word, capitalized for importance and punctuated...

Their food? Absolutely delicious. The honey garlic chicken is legendary, the sweet and sour chicken balls are addictive, and don’t even get me started on their veggie side dishes — they make eating your vegetables feel like a treat, not a chore.
Even though they're not technically in West Lincoln, let’s be honest — they feel like a part of the community, because we keep driving out there like it’s around the corner. And frankly, for food this good, it’s worth every kilometre (and maybe a few extra for leftovers).
