First time trying Taco Bell. We had coupons but still ended up spending 30+ on "supreme" combos. Staff weren't very friendly. The food came at an alarming fast rate to a point you know nothing is fresh. Went through the drive-through to grab 2/extra tacos just in case it wasn't enough. Person didn't even look at me. The food is mostly bread. Supreme fries were a small fry at best. Not worth the money. Very disappointing. Little to no meat on majority of our food

After we ordered our food in the drive thru, we forgot to mention to not add tomatoes. After we got to the window we asked if it could be made without tomatoes, but it was already made. I asked if it could be remade and they said yes. After we got home and started eating we noticed they in fact did NOT remake it and it was filled with tomatoes. This could be a huge issue with allergies. Recommend staff take these requests more seriously.

Nice, modern style restaurant inside out compared to other locations, but it's a shame that most tables were dirty. Two staff members took breaks during my stay and ignored the cleanliness of the dining area. I ordered the new Cantina menu, which had more chicken options than the rest of the menu. Everything came out fine and portioned decently compared to other reviews.

I love Taco Bell. It does not cause me the repercussions that it causes others so I eat it whenever possible and without abandon, tempting the abdominal gremlins usually about once a month. This location feels like it has given up, only existing for the die hard fans who can look past struggling to stay relevant decor and overall low energy. Went through drive thru today and 90% of the menu board was gone. Blank. Thank goodness I know what I like but for others it would be a guessing game. Asked for a variety of sauces... Got 8 Fire sauce packets. That's it. Really testing the colon today (update still holding strong). Luckily you can make the short drive down Woodlawn to the T Bell on the other side of the Hanlon and get much better service and atmosphere there. Skip this one...

WARNING!! THIS LOCATION WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THEN WHAT YOU ORDERED AND ONLY GIVE YOU HALF THE ORDER!! I just got home after getting my kids two value boxes which came to 31$ and discovered that half the order was missing and they weren't the tacos I ordered, also she didnt give me a receipt, so my kids got two little tacos and one little one to split. I tried to call but the line is busy there. I was even rushed by the person taking my order and she was very short with me. there was no one behind me in line so it wasnt busy just us. I dont get my kids fast food often so they were both very excited how disappointing. This is criminal!! How disgusting. Thieves!! I truly believe any good reviews...

Wanted a fast lunch for a friend and I. Stopped around 1230 and restaurant wasn't very busy. No one in drivethru. Very pleasant guy taking order. Too much upselling but I am sure that is how he was trained. Went to parking lot to eat. All the food was NOT FRESH. Friend got Steak Burrito combo... both burrito and fries were cold. I tried fry and it was disgusting. I just got "Crunch Beef Tacos" 2/$5 They were edible but not great. Too much wet lettuce. I have never got good fries there so I didn't bother. It has been a while since I ate at TB, .. but they do not have Fire Sauce any more. Shame, ... it was good! WILL NOT BE BACK FOR SURE. ...
