I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I was shocked the service that happened while I was there with my family.
Ordering was fine. Usual order process no problem. My husband waited while I wrangled my young kids both under five. I played with my kids at the table while my husband waited with his receipt for the food. He waited half an hour until he finally began to ask about our meal. This seemed really strange to both of us as usually, when one is standing and waiting for a long period of time a staff member will usually ask what is happening. The staff seemed rather confused on why we hadn't received our food and even accusatory.
To our surprise the food had been processed and sitting under the lamp. But it was not bagged or even put on the tray. Quickly it was tossed on the tray with no care of remorse. There was fries and onion rings thrown all over the place with no condiments (not even any out for us to grab any). Apparently, they didn't receive our ticket so it got missed. At this point, everything was cold. Even my daughter couldn't eat her chicken nuggets as they had gone rubbery.
Both my husband and I have worked our years in the service industry, so we both get it. But it was the lack of apology or care that really irked us. It doesn't take much to remedy a poor situation by providing some sort of empathy for the situation as we are all human. But this was definitely not acceptable by any means.

Read moreMe and my friend went to your store at chain lake drive, Halifax,Novascotia. We placed an order online at 10:49pm on 21 july 2021 order number #39 and we got charged as well. However, Heidi L who said was a store manager told us order isn’t showing up in the system then she agreed that it’s systems fault but still refused to give a $1 drink. We placed another order on drive thru for $8,if we can pay $8 then we can also pay $1 for the drink. On the top of it she started yelling and in very disrespectful manner she said here is your Fish burgers. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. It was clearly an ACT OF DISCRIMINATION.
I showed her the receipt and provided the order number. But she was kept saying that she can’t go against company’s policy to give food just like that. If we didn’t have had the order number or the receipt we could have accept that but the way we were treated not acceptable at all.
I am used to eat with the drink and who was responsible if i had got choked without a drink. She told us to go to help centre to get refund of $1. WOW!
To be honest if your system doesn’t work can’t show the order then I believe you should stop taking online orders.

Read moreI went to Burger King in Bayer's Lake today and ordered a roadhouse meal with a junior whooper on the side. I was served by Christine who was friendly, helpful and effeciently processed my order. (5 stars to her for her service)
My food was served quickly and it was warm. The fries were medium warm so they were okay. The burger was hot and fresh and tasted good.
At the drink dispenser I noticed only one ice machine was operational which did not cause me any issues as I was able to get ice from the other dispenser.
All in all the everything was great. The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I looked around to find a table but there were many that were not wiped down so although there were a lot of empty seats there were very few that had been cleaned. To be fair, perhaps there was a rush of people before I arrived and they just had not gotten to wipe the tables down yet which is quite possible. However, there were very few tables that had people at them while I was there and I did not see anyone cleaning them while I was there.
I will still return back another time as the service and quality of food...
