This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. If you can’t honor pickup times or communicate like a professional business, don’t offer them.

I drove more than 30 minutes from Bedford at an inconvenient time to pick up a Too Good To Go order. I arrived at the store during the designated pickup time and found the door locked. We called the store and spoke to an associate who said she would contact the manager. So we waited outside in the windy weater for more than 15 minutes. Upon seeing the mini vid they posted- i decided to get the imperial heavenly halo halo drink- did not like it- it was blended with ice so like a slushy consistency which I didn’t expect- the Uber did not give any information on the drink so I took it from their advertising- blended too much ingredients including beans which were hard to swallow based on consistency with the rest of the product and I couldn’t detect much of a cheesecake flavour after the first sip as I had to store everything - did not look or in hopes taste like the advertised so will not get again- my son did love his cotton candy drink though- In future I’ll...

As a boba fan, I've tried every drink shop in the city. This shop easily has the biggest variety of bubble tea in Halifax, unique flavors and easy customization. If you have the time to eat-in, you'll find yourself enjoying chill music, cozy seating, and getting to choose from their complimentary various board games, foosball table, and books! The staff I've spoken to have all been lovely, as well as efficient. Can't wait to return in the warmer months to try their fresh Ube drinks! I hope Macao stays for a long while.
