I always love Mc Donalds as a brand .however,The worst experience I had on 6 th Jan in Mumford road . I always go through drive thru and get a hot chocolate and get it without whipped topping. When went in the store the person gave me the hot chocolate without whipped topping . When asked for whipped topping the person at the counter did not understand what I was talking about . Another person who I believe was in the Mangers uniform named Jason came and terribly threw the whipped topping in the dustbin stating it was I who added the whipped topping. And said could not take the hot chocolate back I politely asked him to add whipped talking then they added on requesting . As I had come with my kid s ,, the French fries were very soggy , when went back and said the apple pies are cold the Manager refused to hear. Unless I asked a refund for the apple pie . The manager th . The Manger kept on arguing and not ready to listen . Manager named Jason was so rude that he told me and my family that you need not visit this Mumford restaurant again . When I asked Jason can you give me a fresh apple pie . He said muffins are in and when I asked him Iam ready to wait he just kept arguing . Not ready to listen or apologize. When asked for muffins again they said we do not have any muffins either. I believe strict action needs to be taken against manager Jason so that he does not behave like this in front of other customers and kids.unless asked for refund he said I will refund only apple pie and he threw the returned apple pie rudely in the dust bin If Iam paying 75 dollars I feel the food what I get is fresh and not soggy and cold . Will not visit this place in Mumford again unless by whole amount is refunded . Sad to inform we need to see some good quality managers and not manager’s like Jason. My kids were really scared and sadden with the mangers behaviour and said next time it is good to visit...
Read moreOn Thursday July 13, 2017 around 9:30. I went to the outlet at Mumford. I didn't have breakfast so I decided that I would grab some before work. I placed my order of two hash browns and two sausage macmuffin with a medium Orange juice. After eating one of the sandwiches my Orange juice was finished so I went to the pop machine and got some Orange Fanta. Upon sitting down to complete my meal. The supervisor came to me. She said that, the cup I had was for water and not pop. I told her that I had Orange juice earlier and decided that I would get some pop so that I could finish my meal. The issue that I have here is the supervisor's assumption that I got the cup (a freebie) and proceeded to skirt their establishment policy and get pop. She made a statement instead of asking a question which came off quite distasteful. Is this the proper protocol? If you are uncertain about something isn't it better to ask questions rather than make assumptions? As a person of colour I could easily have gone for the "race card" but choose to highlight her misguided assertions and how it could have ended out different if it was another person of colour. People should learn to ask questions rather than make assumptions as not to make an ass out if themselves and their establishment. I think that the staff at this location need to get some sensitivity training and well as to learn how to ask questions rather than to make...
Read moretoday, March 24, my boyfriend and I went to eat, we visit here quite often, but what happened today made me angry and shocked. it happened at 4:37 pm. my boyfriend ordered a McCrispy, when they received the order, the burger was completely disassembled and turned over, I approached the employees and asked to explain why this happened and asked to replace it with a full burger, but the girl who approached me started being rude to me, throwing food and telling me how I am should have done that. I have a question, why do I have to do something and assemble the burger in parts if I order a complete meal? after that they made me a new one, she brought and threw me a box as if I were a dog, do I look like a dog? and told me in a rude tone « it should be perfect !» terrible service!!! it's your job to make a complete meal, not for me to get a burger that needs to be assembled piece by piece in a box. I don't know the girl's name, but I want to talk to her about how she should behave with customers. she has no right to throw the box or be rude to me. very bad service. I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THIS TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, I WANT TO GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I WANT...
