Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Halifax

One front of house staff member is extremely rude and adversarial. I ordered an iced coffee, and she rudely told me they don't serve iced coffee, and when I pointed to the container of iced coffee, she spat at me that it's cold brew (when cold brew is prepared differently and served from a different container). A seperate team member then prepared the beverage how an iced coffee would be. That level of animosity was uncalled for, and is piss poor customer service. Staff needs more training specifically how to behave with customers! I don’t know their names but guy had cap on very rude! Kinda racist, i observed his diff behaviour with white people than asian people! Food, what food, donut or bagel that's it. Literally, no real food options. Coffee, doesn't matter what time or what coffee (reg/dark) it tastes burnt. Service, they are like slow zombies.
