I am over the moon with the level of customer service provided on my order. It’s the busy holiday season and I got trigger happy entering my credit card info and processed an order before I updated the address to the gift recipient. The last thing I wanted to do was make more work for a small business over this busy time. But, Andrea at Inkwell not only promptly returned my panicked enquiry for help and confirmed details with me that I left out in my panic, AND then elevated the experience by asking if I wanted to include a note with the gift for the recipient. The staff was super friendly and informative. He was able to give details on many of the artist and talk about different things they offer seasonally.
