If I could give Touch of Gold a million stars I would. My story is long, but I'll try to keep it short.

I designed my ring with the help of a designer in Ontario. I was proposed to in March and by May my stone was loose. The designer said minimal movement is normal and then stopped answering me. As a nursing student, I wore my ring at home and to the grocery store, never to work or for any activities. I am also HIGHLY inactive haha, most of my exercise comes from running around a hospital. I don't go to the gym or play sports (music gal here!). Anyway, my stone fell out in November and my original designer did nothing except tell me I could ship it back and she would fix it at cost. I felt being charged was unfair since I didn't have the ring for even a year and wore it very seldomly. She accused me of being too active for the setting I chose, but I literally do nothing when it's on 🙃. I decided to reach out to Touch of Gold and they were blown away by how thin my prongs were for the size of my stone and said they'd never seen prongs like mine. They advised me to go through my OG designer to which I declined because I no longer trusted her. It was going to cost $550 to build up my prongs (which is the amount of compensation I requested from my OG designer and she refused then stopped responding.) The women I spoke to were AMAZING (Karen and Michelle!). Michelle chatted with me for about 45 minutes, listening to all of my concerns and ensured she would treat my ring like her own. After 3 weeks I got a call saying there was an issue with my stone and it got chipped. They ordered me a new stone and said they wouldn't charge me for it but it would be another 3 weeks to finish the ring. I picked up my ring today, and it's more beautiful and better quality than when I dropped it off! My replacement stone is nicer and better quality than my original stone. They covered ALL of the work, everything was complimentary AND they gave me my original stone back too, which I assumed they would have kept to use to help recoup their costs.

I have been dealing with Mary Beth since late Summer 2021. I initially reached out to enquire about an Oyster Perpetual Turquoise and also to set her up with a friend of mine that was interested in a few pieces. Having worked in marketing, sales and customer service my entire life, I can say unequivocally that she is top tier and I expect us to be connected through watches for many years.
