Bought a bunch of grapes here and most of them were already rotten, with juice leaking all over the rest. When I contacted the store, they said they would only refund half the amount—and only if I brought back all the spoiled grapes. Totally unreasonable. This isn’t the first time—friends and I have had similar issues with their fruits, vegetables, even tofu. Poor quality and terrible customer service. Be careful shopping here.
Updated: I got my reply from them, saying that they would give me a full refund IF I bring the product back. But there are two important things I’d like to address:
First, the grapes I bought were clearly spoiled. It is extremely difficult—and honestly unreasonable—to expect customers to keep rotten, leaking fruit. My immediate reaction, as most people’s would be, was to throw it away for hygiene reasons.
Second, instead of focusing on whether or not to issue a refund, perhaps more attention should be given to not selling spoiled items in the first place. It has become far too common to find bad produce at your store—not just this time, but multiple times in the past, including fruits, vegetables, and even tofu. This points to a serious issue with quality control.

Unfortunately, our experience was affected by the behavior of one staff member, who also happened to be the cashier at the beauty aisle. While we were browsing the aisle, she kept following us—not in a helpful or friendly way like you'd expect in most retail stores, but in a way that felt like she was monitoring us to make sure we didn’t steal anything. It made us very uncomfortable. The store already has security cameras, so this kind of behavior felt unnecessary.
Later, when my friend bought a product and tried to make a friendly comment at checkout, she didn’t smile or respond at all. The lack of warmth or basic customer interaction was disappointing.
The store itself has great potential thanks to its variety and pricing, but the customer service experience definitely needs improvement for customers to feel welcomed...
Read moreRETURN POLICY PROBLEM - My family and friends have been enjoying this store and buying product every week. We have found the store clean and the product selection good, UNTIL our last visit. We have had nothing but good experiences until we attempted to return one product. When we went to return noodles because they had mold on the noodles in the bag and it was still 3 months before the exliry date, they denied our return basically saying they dont trust the reasons we are returning and blamed us for the mold on the product.
I dont think their response is fair and they made us feel so uncomfortable at that time especially in front of the other customers.
