barBURRITO — Restaurant in Halton Hills

Disappointed. I have been a frequent customer at this location for a while now. The service for the most part has been excellent and I have enjoyed the food that I have purchased. During the school year, the location gets slammed by high school kids at lunch and the girls who are working deliver a fast and quality service; while putting up with the antics of loud and obnoxious kids. Now that school is done for the year, it seems they have added new hires that do not perform the way their predecessors have. I received a sloppy, over sauced Large burrito today that had enough toppings to fill a small. The person making my burrito could not seem to remember what I had ordered and I needed to repeat myself 4 times. Based on the size of burritos I have received year round until this point, the "large" was more like a regular at best and tasted terrible due to the amount of burrito sauce (literally was enough for 2 Regular burritos). I understand that new hires are NEW but I personally think there should be more training required to consistently deliver the standard this location...

BarBURRITO, a name I often found odd for a burrito joint, has lived up to its name, making it the best fitted name because they’ve literally set the bar in terms of standards set for food quality and service.

I travel across Ontario in my job and will google to see if a BarBURRITO is in the town I’m visiting. This location was 100% consistent with other locations. The portions were generous, the courteous staff were pleasant and always delightful to place orders with.

The air conditioning was broken that day, so it was smeltering hot. I could see the unit had drainage issues, needing to be replaced. I hope it’s been fixed as I need to be back there in a few weeks.

But other than that, everything was perfect. I dare not try burritos anywhere else anymore, even if this location is hot...

(Update) Been 2 years eating here and have had many burritos (filled several rewards cards) and always bragged how great it was, and food is still great. Customer Service is terrible. Today for the first time in months I visited to enjoy a burrito which I was craving. After they put an incorrect topping on they would not change the topping and made me pay for the burrito. I disposed of the burrito and to buy another one to be made the way I wanted it. The burrito was good as always but unfortunately will be the last time I pay $20 for a burrito to be made the way I like. I did have several free burritos through the reward cards i collected so I guess this makes things fair.
