Binbrook Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

If I could rate them a 0 I would. The customer service that has come with what I have experienced is experienced is deserving of a 0. I looked at their menu online and found a great family combo. I got the food the next day looking at my bank statement online I noticed I had paid 89.99. (My husband did as he was outside when it arrived). That was much much more then my combo I had picked. The only thing i changed was added pineapple to half the pizza. I called in and asked to speak with a manager no one was available so they took my message. The employee proceeded to tell me that the price online wasn't correct ok I can get overthat, so add an extra 10 bucks. Then he tells me instead of 7 bucks for deliver I'm charge 10 abuse I'm far. 7 min down the rd is far. Still did not add up to me paying 89.99 .

I called to place an order today for delivery. We just moved back to Binbrook and are really excited to begin to support local businesses. We called there to order dinner and the guy that answered the phone was very rude. First off I get that we live in Binbrook and our cell service is not great. I had to call back to get a better connection and I asked for a lightly done pizza. He said "what does lightly done mean?" I said "it means lightly done" he said "well usually customers say well done or medium done" ok seriously??? Then what do you think lightly done means? I hung up and gave my business (also cheaper) to pizza hut an American pizza franchise. So much for customer service and supporting...

I ordered from the menu online and when I get to this place to pay for the items I ordered, they charged me a higher price. I asked them why and they said because the prices have changed and I says we'll that's not my fault you should change your menu on line or take it down. They said they couldn't. The food was not great at all. I know I could have just walked out and said no thanks,, but the fast food industry is struggling especially the little businesses, so I paid for my items. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
