I visited the Tim Hortons in Binbrook yesterday. I never went in after the renovations were completed ( always did drive thru ) so I decided to see what they had done with it. WOW. Hands down the best Tim Hortons I have ever visited. From its pine wood accents to its excellent seating, to a beautiful display of fresh yummy donuts. Menu board is nicely lit up with all the goodies. Spoke with the owner yesterday a lovely girl named Cara and she stated that the kitchen area was doubled in size which as a frequent customer I know is paying dividends. Their service especially drive thru has improved 10 fold. Please disregard previous posts on drive thru posts being not as fast. Cars are constantly moving now. They did the best they could do with what they had to work with. Huge volumes with a small store. I guess thats what made Cara kick into action. Cara from the soft lighting to the choice in pictures, comfortable seating, love the 2 tone white and grey brick tile background, this store should be a blueprint on what a Tim’s should look like. A fabulous fabulous job. And with that I wish you all the success in the world for all the HARD work you invested.
P.S. Love that order here and pick up order further down And adding that personal touch of calling orders by name. Such a great flow. And finally to your great crew I thank you for starting peoples day off with a smile. Overall a 10+. Keep it up girl. And to the crew from wearing all your sanitary gloves handling products to uniforms to hair coverings to the cleanliness of the store “ YOUR ROCKING IT “
Ever in the area please pay this Tim’s a visit for a great brew and treat. You will be happy you did. Service with a smile. Guess that’s why they came second and looking at coming in first place in Ontario for Smiley cookies. IT COMES NATURALLY TO THEM....
Read moreToday at 7:55 PM, I went to get myself a coffee. I walked inside to place my order and met a super nice girl named Sofia. She told me she was sorry, but the owner said they could only serve customers through the drive-thru because they were short-staffed. I asked her if she could do me a favor and serve me anyway, as I didn't mind waiting. She was kind enough to agree. I told her I would use the restroom and come back. When I returned from the restroom, I encountered the rudest person I’d ever met. He opened the exit door and said, “I’m the manager here, and I will not serve you.” I didn't like his tone or the way he spoke to me, so I refused to leave. He threatened to call the police, but I stood my ground and said I wasn’t going anywhere. He stood there texting while I waited, then mentioned that the owner is a police officer and that he would come and kick me out. A few minutes later, a man and a woman showed up. They spoke to me in a very passive-aggressive manner, and the owner stated that the employees can set their own hours and serve whoever they choose. While we were talking, an officer entered and placed an order. What frustrated me the most was that the manager took his order, which made me angry, and I argued with all four of them. In the end, the police officer took me outside. He was very nice and helped me get my order. I have everything on video, and I plan to post it online.
To the manager: you can’t treat people like that. And to the owner: I believe you are an awful person and a terrible police officer as well. Get a life you running a...
Read moreI visited your location today around 4:00pm and placed an order through the drive-thru. I ordered a medium iced coffee and a veggie habanero wrap. After receiving my order, I left, but when I took a bite of the wrap, I immediately smelled something unusual. Upon checking, I found pieces of chicken inside. I am a pure vegetarian and have never eaten meat in my life. This was extremely upsetting and disappointing for me. I went back to the store to complain and spoke with one of the staff members, but since there was no manager available, I left and later spoke with the manager over the phone. By that time, I was already feeling nauseous, my eyes were red, and I was emotionally distressed. This is not just a dietary preference—it is a deeply religious and personal matter for me. Consuming meat, even unintentionally, goes against my beliefs and values. The carelessness shown in preparing my order has caused me immense disappointment, stress, and emotional pain. I trusted your restaurant to respect customer orders and expectations, and this mistake has completely shaken that trust. I am really upset and deeply dissatisfied with this experience. Such negligence is unacceptable, especially when it relates to something as important as someone’s religious and personal beliefs. I truly hope this matter is taken seriously so that no one else has to go through the same...
