BinBurger — Restaurant in Hamilton

Uggh. I'm not even sure where to start. Would rate 0 stars if I could. 2nd time ordering here. 1st time picking it up myself and not someone else. I got sick the first time eating here, figured I'd give it another shot. I walked in, ordered and picked up the burger. 10 minute wait, no problem. Then the issues began. I watched the lady put a glove on her right hand not her left, but both hands handled the food. Doesn't make sense. Just use no gloves and wash your hands. Anyways while preparing mine and another burger order she wiped her nose with her gloved hand, scratched her chin, moved the dirty broom across the room, then took out the garbage but before tying the bag she pushed the garbage down with both hands then tied it. I figured okay she is just taking care of things in between. No, without even washing her hands, or exchanging gloves she used the same hands and gloves to handle, prepare and complete mine and another order. I have never seen such unsanitary practices in my life. I was shocked. Can only imagine the things they do when no one is looking or in store. To go from from touching your face, to touching cleaning supplies to squishing garbage down with your hands to then grab buns, burgers, toppings and assemble everything is horrible. This place needs extreme sanitary practice/s or just new employees that are somewhat clean. This was just borderline horrific. Like c'mon, the garbage? Another uggh. No wonder i was sick the 1st time and have noticed a few other reviews mentioning they got ill after eating here. Will never be back unless there is new staff, management or ownership. Will never...

I went here over a week ago with my girlfriend and we thought we would give their burgers a try since we pass through town frequently and notice this establishment all the time. The staff here are very friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. The restaurant is small and quaint with a old school diner feel to it. The prices are reasonable and they have alot to choose on the menu. My girlfriend and I choose the 6oz cheese and bacon burgers, with onion rings, fries, and gravy. Their burgers tasted soooooo good homemade burgers like they just came off the BBQ. Their fries were very tasty and the gravy was perfect. The onion rings where golden and crispy with just enough batter. Tried out the BinBurger tonight for dinner. I'd have to say that was 1 good burger :) I had the deluxe burger and fries. I thought it was cooked really well, the mushrooms and jalapenos were tastey. My boyfriend had the 12 oz, he said the only thing was too much meat (but that's what you get for that size... duh). Otherwise, he enjoyed his burger as well. The French fries were delicious.
