I've been to this location three times. I figure the third time things go wrong... it's the last time. Food has been extremely inconsistent. Last night's order was wrong. I ordered two burgers with the exact same mods and they were both different. There were people waiting over 15 minutes for their food before I even got there. They were visibly upset. And annoyed.
Then there were two extremely high people at the only semi clean table I could get. They were falling asleep and dropping food all over the floor. Eventually they went to the bathrooms and locked themselves in there for over 45 mins. Needless to say, my child and I could not use a bathroom while we were there. I told the manager that they spilled an entire drink as they nodded/fell asleep on top of her straw... Eventually dropping the cup to the floor... It was a mess... someone could slip and fall. He rolled his eyes and walked away after he looked at it. 🤷♂️
45 mins later, The water and mess were still there. Not a single table was wiped down. No one checked in the bathrooms.
I HAD TO CLEAN MY OWN TABLE. I soaked a paper napkin in the broken pop dispensing machine, that was literally pouring continuous water out of one of the spouts. I scrubbed the table then I dried it. Next time I'm just leaving my stuff on the table because it's not worth cleaning up. For what I pay, and the absolute zero service I got. This place isn't worth it anymore. The more locations you seem to open, the worse, your services and your locations get. Maybe it was nice when Hamilton only had one Burger King for almost 15 years. At least then the expectations were high for that one location.
Before that we went to a BK on Rymal that had no debit/credit service. Wasn't going to use an expensive (and private) ATM that they pointed me to.
Just dumbfounded. I don't like the idea of eating my dinner next to somebody that's unpredictable and totally high. I like to eat in a clean environment regardless of whether it's a BK, a McDonalds or some other FF chain.

Upon entry I could smell that something had burned in the kitchen earlier and looking up you could still see the smoke lingering at the ceiling. Chucked that off to the location and probably the employees still being new at stuff. Next thing I noticed was garbage (paper napkins etc.) on the floor in the kitchen and dining room. Then a customer complained that there was no ice in the beverage dispenser. I looked over to the dispenser and one if the stainless steel cabinet doors underneath that counter was off its hinges, just leaning onto the cupboard, an accident waiting to happen. Placed my order and waited for it, fortunately it didn't take too long, however in the meantime I couldn't help but notice the overflowing tray return that was so full that the patrons weren't able to use it all and wound up just piling it on top of it. When my order was up and handed to me the employee wishes me a good night, a sign for me that my order is complete and I left. When I left there was no other bag on the counter. Got to my car and situated before pulling out of the lot when the employee was showing up beside my car, saying I left the other bag inside and to just stay put, he would go and get it. Initially I was impressed with that action when it dawned on me: I hadn't forgotten the bag, he only gave me one and wished me a good night... way to try to cover up your mistake... Once I brought the food home I quickly realized it was tasting awful. The poutine was so salty, it was inedible. The roadhouse king sandwich tasted like roadkill, the chicken nuggets were shriveled up and dry, the onion rings on the other side were smushy. Portions generally speaking small and high priced. I will not be back. Plenty of other good fast food places to chose from...
Read moreI would give this place 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t. I was treated with so much disrespect from the employee at the window who refused to share her name knowing how rude she was. She tried numerous times to address the issue as rude as possible once I asked about a manager and then made clear even with a name tag on she will not provide her name. It was very small roughly four letters and I believe started with a P. I usually try to leave positive reviews but in this case I had to complain. I asked about a menu item (mozzarella fries) which she was immediately angry about. The sign said it came as 5 pieces but she said 4, 8 or 12. I was fine with this but let her know the sign said 5. she proceeded to literally YELL at me through the window and be completely disrespectful over a very simple question. Customer service has truly taken a turn for the worst.
Further information: it’s been 5 days since this very negative interaction and today I have to say I was beyond impressed with the service. The person I made the complaint about was not present but the manager and I discussed it after I ordered my meal and he assured me this matter was being addressed. The woman who took my order today was smiling, kind and friendly. I’m not saying I expect everyone to be above and beyond but I will say they redeemed themselves and i’m glad it was only one member of staff. I will definitely continue to eat here and would encourage everyone to do the same hopefully you don’t run into that other employee. Thank you burger king staff for being so...
