My below review is based on the price, quality, portion and personal preference of course. I am a big fan of Pho and I have tried a lot of low to high end Pho places in Ontario. So I know what to expect and what to appreciate for Pho. Hamilton has a lot of Pho restaurants but I didn’t have a lot of chances to try them all. Today, I was passing by the city and chose this restaurant for lunch. Their rating was 4.9 with 900+ review. So it can’t go wrong. However, this restaurant is a big disappointment to me. I ordered the following food. 1) Spring Rolls (2 pcs) - $7.25 I always love to order spring rolls on my first visit. If the spring rolls are good, this restaurant can’t be too bad. The spring rolls are short and small. I doubt it they made this in house, probably buy from supplier frozen. The spring rolls don’t have a lot of texture to it. It’s hard. Please response me if I’m wrong. 2) Shrimp & Pork Wrap (2 pcs) - $7.25 Small size again. The pork and shrimp portion were small. Nothing special. Average quality. The peanut sauce has very weak taste. It ruined the dish. 3) Item #23 - Rare Beef Noodle Soup was too light, lack of flavor. Portion was good. Meat was average. Noodle was fine. 4) Item #23A - Special Rare Beef Noodle This item was very misleading. Refer to the attached photo, it doesn’t list how “Special” comparing to item #23. When the noodle arrived, I didn’t know it was ground beef and ginger. I hated ginger specially. I didn’t want to exchange for another one because my food never goes back to the kitchen. I told the staff that they should list the ingredient. I didn’t expect Ginger in it. Overall, I don’t understand how this restaurant has so much high reviews. I guess it’s down to personal preference. At this price,l range, the food quality doesn’t match with the price. Will not come back. A lot more choices in Hamilton at this price range.

Delicious food and great dining/date experience. Lunch specials on weekdays are good value, but it's the rest of the menu that really shines. The grilled pork with vermicelli is really flavourful and topped nicely with green onion and peanuts. The spring rolls are large, crispy, and just extremely good with the fish vinegar or peanut sauce to dip. The yellow curry glass noodles have a very mild curry taste, but are also really good (green would be spicier). Cashew chicken has a nice sauce and lots of crunchy veggies. The large size portions are very generous and fairly priced, which is good because the food is tasty and you'll want to eat more of it. The place is understaffed according to their sign at the cash, but I didn't notice as the servers did a great job and were all very friendly. I'll definitely be back to try the other items.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the vermicelli bowl at Pho Binh Minh and I must say, it was a decent meal. While it wasn't anything extraordinary, it was definitely filling and satisfying. The bowl came with a generous portion of vermicelli noodles, fresh vegetables, and your choice of meat. The noodles were cooked well and the veggies tasted fresh, which was a nice touch. One thing that really stood out to me was the price point. The vermicelli bowl was priced right and you definitely got your money's worth. This made it a great option for a quick and affordable lunch or dinner. Overall, while the vermicelli bowl at Pho Binh Minh wasn't the most amazing dish I've ever had, it was still a solid choice. It was filling, satisfying, and priced well. If you're looking for a tasty and affordable meal, this is definitely worth a try.

We stumbled on this place on our way back to Toronto from Niagara. The first time we came here was before the pandemic. The food and service was amazing.

Fast forward to Saturday night, we decided to come back here and was incredibly disappointed.

We got there at 9pm, they still had an hour before closing. The kitchen was blasting techno music so loud the entire dining room can hear it. Are you guys running a restaurant or night club? Seriously there were still 4-5 other tables eating. Very unprofessional.

We were a table of 10 so we expected to get 10 sets of cutlery/bowls to eat from. Instead we got 3 forks, 6 soup spoons, no bowls, not enough tissue for all of us, no chop sticks, not enough cups to drink tea from. Do you guys not count before bringing everything? We had to ask the servers 4-5 times just to get everyone cutlery/bowls.

The quality of the dishes have gone way down. We ordered the house special pho (the one that usually comes with an assortment of meats) and they gave us a well done basically overcooked beef pho. The soup was lacking in flavor. I wish I took photos of the bowl they call a large. The portion was enough for one small child. We had to order extra noodles for an extra $3. The Thai curry was so watery it may as well be called a soup. The menu didn't say it doesn't come with rice nor did the server. So we had to order rice on the side which was another $3. We got this satay noodles that was basically instant noodles in msg soup. The grilled chicken rice was alright. We had to ask them to bring us the fish sauce for the rice. Avoid the coconut shrimp. You may as well chew on cardboard. It would probably taste better.

Trust me, find another pho restaurant. I have no idea how they...

Best Vietnamese food in Hamilton! My partner and I accidentally found this place on our way back from Hamilton to GTA. it was about 935pm, we were famished and found this little gem. As the restaurant closes at 10, we weren't sure if they would accommodate us. After entering the restaurant was packed and everyone was pretty much finished eating. The servers were clearing up and getting ready to sort of close for the day. Our server checked with her manager and got us seated. I did apologize for being late but everyone was very understanding and made us feel welcome. Food was delicious! Our hunger was definitely satiated by this restaurant. We had fried rice, spicy shrimp and chicken entrée. Everything was extremely tasty, hot and just perfect. Nobody hurried us to get out or east fast, everyone waited patiently till we were fed. Sending lots of best wishes and blessings to this team as they fed hungry guests however late it was. Great food, people and definitely one of my favorite Vietnamese places! Thank...
