Dear T L,
I’m the server who picked up your call yesterday. My name is Mia, and I am also the student in McMaster. I would like to apologize for the mistake yesterday sincerely. I picked up your phone call, wrote down the notes in order to remind myself to call you back. Many of our customers were coming for pickup and dinning since it was Chinese New Year yesterday. It was so busy, so I forgot to call you back. We ended the take out orders afterwards because it was busy. That’s why you call us, and nobody pick up the phone. It was not on purpose. I made the mistake yesterday, and I believe that people can learn from the mistakes. Me and my manager would like to make up the mistake desperately. We contacted you yesterday, but we haven’t received the responses yet. Please contact us if you see this letter.
Furthermore, I will recommend dragon court definitely. I am familiar with all the staffs in the restaurant. Each of us tried our best to serve everyone. Our kitchen works so hard to serve the customers the best food. It is worth to...
Read moreI've tried my fair share of chinese restaurants since moving from Hamilton from Toronto; and let me say. This one took the cake. It was disgusting. If you are used to even palatable food - PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. We ordered the "Dinner for 4" Lemon chicken: Looked like the chicken strips they serve at subway?? I'm 100% sure it wasn't real chicken. Sweet and sour pork: Interior of pork turned brown (typically a sign of pork being refried over and over, dried out). They slathered a pound of Costco business center sweet and sour sauce to hide this Beef and broccoli: Raw garlic, boiled broccoli, no beef??? Yang chow fried rice: Char siu was dried, clearly old. Overcooked egg. Shrimp and garlic: This one was edible. At most.
You will be severely disappointed if you've had any good chinese food. I am disappointed this was served to my family. These people were lazy, prepared inedible food to pass it on as chinese food.
Save your money. Next time, I'd rather...
Read moreVisited this location a few months ago and happened to have a birthday party with a large group of Chinese students, and they were the only ones on arrival. Was left alone for a few minutes as the only waitress chatted with them. And just because there were 12 people on that table (8+4), the waitress treated them like her own biological parents. Half an hour after ordering, everyone else who arrived later than me got their food, just because they had more people and ordered more. After the entire birthday party was over, there was still nothing on my table. The waitress was just standing next to the desk with several water bottles next to her, while my cup had been empty for more than 10 mins after asking for more water. And the food taste like... "good enough for Canadians," as I saw other comments called it "authentic," you serious? Perhaps people can even find a random restaurant in New York or California that servers better Chinese food than...
