Gino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hamilton

I haven't had Ginos Pizza since my days in high school, so I figured I'd stop in and get a slice because I know they have some pretty good deals. Though when I entered the building there were two people in front of me who didn't look so pleased. after about 2 minutes they decided to take off, I asked him what was wrong and they told me that they hadn't seen an employee for about 5 minutes, finding the strange I took the liberty to check the back just to make sure no harm was done, but all I saw was the young man who was supposed to be working, a sleep at a table while two other customers ate their Pizza in the front able to steal anything ahahaha, the man did not apologize, but he did seem quit embarrassed so I chose not to harass him about it .other then that the pizza was just as I remembered, I will def make it back in for return service, though next time I'll have to remember my...

I get pizza from here way more often than is probably healthy for me, and even more often than I'm willing to admit.

They have great, affordable, pizza. Perfect walking distance from campus for those late-night lab sessions.

A lot of the negative reviews on here are about their single slices. My advice would be to definitely just spring the extra $3, and get a full pizza. Their fresh pizzas are great quality for what you're paying, and you won't find better anywhere near or on campus.

For a fresh pizza, wait times are super reasonable, usually 10-20 minutes max for walk-in orders, depending on how busy they are at the time.

Their staff are always friendly and courteous, really nice people all around.

My family ordered food from this location through skip the dishes and recieved the worst treatment. My daughter in-law was insulted and my son was hung up on . This location did nothing to rectify the situation. They took money off my credit card and sent us no food. However skip the dishes will refund my credit card ,which will take 7 to 10 days , I'm still not eating tonight. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I just wanted to add that tonight Gino's you not just loosing one order but you are loosing a loyal customer and any orders that we as a family may have ordered from you ever again.
