Update, do not trust the drivethru staff if you order 9n mibile they claimed that my payment was a "partial payment" and i had to pay agin in the drivethru although i paid in full on the app. They lied to get an extra 11$ out of me for their personal order. SO mad rn.
Update, decided I wanted mcdonalds. Boy I wish another one was nearby. orderd 2 large big mac meals with a large fry and drink in drive-thru and once again they messed up gave me a medium went in to complain. And low and behold the "manager" comeS up gives me my food and tells me that's what I paid for. but I orderd 2 large combos. The same order twice. Not hard. They then told me to get out. No offer of refund and repay no offer of a sorry. Nodda.
Your really just this rude now? In addition to making lies about refunds in my past visits. It's a Corp complaint now.
Further update, I started an early job like 5 am start two weeks ago. And I have to say. I wish someone else was open in the morning. This location does not serve breakfast or ANY food until 6 am. 24 hour drive through that serves ONLY drinks from 2:30 am until 5 am. Just close then. This makes my review a 1 star from 2. It just keeps getting worse.
Further Update - The location has undergone some changes in the past few months, I am please to say some things are changing, cleanliness is up, trash bins are no longer found overflowing and garbage strewn about the location. However that being said. Orders are still coming out wrong. The evening Cre/Overnight crew have some small issues such as order sizes. Other than that a huge improvement.
UPDATE - So i gave this location another chance3 more chances, I cam through the drive through 1 week before the X-mas rush wanted a simple spicey chicken sandwich. I made the order came around got my food and went home, The sandwich was a regular chicken sandwich, good chicken missing a key ingredient whatever. Ill make sure I get it at the next one.
TWO WEEKS LATER the day after boxing day usual business, 2 cars ahead 3 behind... I mentioned it was wrong and I didnt want a free one just for it to be made right, they acknowledged me and said they would. Got home (My mistake not to check first) Made wrong AGAIN. So i called the manager, didnt want to give me a name I gave my name, she said to come in and it will be made right for free,
Now today 1 week later I come in to get it made right AND order more food, I was happy id get my sandwich free and my friends food at the same time as getting a meal for my self. I was dissapointed when i was told they had no carbonated drinks but thats fine, I mentioned my name that i have spoken to the manager, and i would have a note there for a free sandwich. they said yup come on through.... THEY CHARGED ME. are you kidding me? Ichecked my sandwich it was right. I got home. My fries were SO SOGGY that they clearly had been left out for 2+ hours! You cannot eat those! they are covered with bacteria and a warming lamp does not kill it! Next My friends chicken nuggets were NOT SPICEY. what is this resteraunts problem with paying customers? 4 gosh darn orders in a row made wrong. DO NOT GO HERE, they DO NOT care about your food, your health or your loyalty. I am done with dundern Mcdonalds.
PREVIOUS - Well if this wasn't the closest burger joint I would go here. Sure the food tastes just the same but burgers are over flowing with sauce, the tables are coverd in garbage, garbage are overflowing. And staff have no gloves on the burger line. Manager closed the window on my face which was very unprofessional, yes that happened l let it go. After that l am standing planning my next stop so that l could go another McDonalds since they refused to serve me , they go to the intercom and start insulting me, l recorded them because what was happening was stupidity and l don’t no one not even myself deserved that. Two of the workers come outside and l told them that what they did with the intercom thing l didn’t appreciate it and l will be writing a Google review about it and they immediately denied being part of it which means they knew how the whole thing went down was wrong. Read moreOrdered on Uber eats (close to a $55 order). The food was late and I called the restaurant and as soon as I called the food was ready for the driver to pick up. I could see on my map on the app that the driver was been waiting at The restaurant close to as long as I have been waiting for the order. (It’s a 5 min drive,3 mins with no traffic) and when the order did get here it was inedible. I ordered the habanero Chicken meal and a quarter pounder meal the fries were halfway full, cold and soggy, my chicken burger was so cold like it was refrigerated or something. When I called the restaurant they let Uber know an Uber will refund you for the order. Uber ended up refunding me five dollars on a $55 order. And when I called the restaurant back they Took my information down and said the manager will call back the next morning. It has been a month- I have not received a call.
It’s a shame because I used to work at this McDonald’s about a decade ago and we used to take pride in our quality of food we served to our neighbours, friends and family. It is very well known in the hospitality industry that MacDonalds has the best training program. It is truly heartbreaking to see how things have changed for the worst.
