I use to go here for lunch everyday on my break, quality food, nice staff. But the older gentleman who works there I believe he’s the owner, is very rude. First scenario: I didn’t notify him of my rewards card after he cashed the order out, I notified him after I paid which is what he told me to do, but proceeded to yell at me because i didn’t tell him about my rewards card after I paid but before he cashed out the order out, as If me a customer is supposed to know how it works. Second scenario: I notified him of my rewards card at the appropriate time this time, but my rewards card is on my phone as I was never offered a physical copy, and occasionally have had issues scanning it, the owner proceeded to yell at me that it was my fault the card wasn’t scanning, and I must go online and figure out why it’s not working because it’s not his problem, once I said it’s not that big of a deal he continued to yell that he isn’t doing anything wrong and that it’s an issue on my end. I reached out to Chris on short notice to prepare subs for a bus trip with clients and colleagues, and he went above and beyond to ensure our subs were freshly made and not soggy for the trip. Chris baked fresh buns the day before and stayed late in the evening to prepare the subs. He even came in very early the next day to slice the tomatoes and package separate containers for all the extra toppings and sauces. My clients and colleagues were very happy with lunch!
