Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Hamilton

I had a really nice experience at Mr. Sub, thanks to Sakshi’s great service! She welcomed me with a warm smile and was very friendly. Sakshi was patient as I chose my toppings and even gave helpful suggestions, which made it easy to decide.

She prepared my sub carefully, making sure everything was fresh and balanced perfectly. She even checked in to make sure I was happy with how it was being made. I really appreciated her attention to detail.

Even though it was a bit busy, Sakshi stayed calm and worked quickly, helping other customers while keeping everything clean and organized. Her positive attitude and hard work made my visit enjoyable.

Probably the worst mannered staff/owner of a My Sub in the city of Hamilton. Went it for 4 subs which came upto $41 and some cents. I just had $40 in cash with me and said that I would be back with the $1 and change. The owner started mumbling (under his breath) about Indian guys being cheap and unreliable (I am Indian). I went home, got the change with a little extra, went back, told him that he was in the wrong and rude. Paid him his money with a tip and left. Will never go back to this rude/racist (remarkable because the owner is Asian as well) establishment. I used to go there every other week but will never be back. Stay away unless you wanna be treated...
