The cashier is nice, the food and the environment is amazing. However, we order two coffee and 1 signature pancake, one Americano and one latte. We waited over 20 minutes for the americano and the staff told us the other coffee needs to wait for another 5 minutes because there are other customer who ordered later than us but in a rush since we do dine in and they do take out. And we wait for another 10 minutes at least for my other coffee, and we asked the staff what are the hurry could be so that we have to wait for over 30 minutes for drinks only. The staff is sweet, he explained that take out usually ahead than dine in. But I’m not so sure whether they realize the customer they said in hurry were just jump ahead of the line and order take out but literally just ate outdoor! Apparently, they are not hurry at all. After we talked to the staff, our pancake was quick. And the staff said he would talked to the manager, but I finished my food there and see no one came to us. Ordered four orders. First came 25 minutes after we came...only 1 person's meal. Next two came 20 minutes later. Three people have now finished eating and we are still waiting for our fourth meal and it's been 15 further minutes. Forgot our coffee until we reminded them half an hour after arriving. The food was good but the service was absolutely terrible. In this time they have sent out a number of ubereats meals. I will never return and cannot recommend. When I shared with the server that we expected to eat all at the same time she looked surprised and stated there are only two machines. Who wants to eat at 3 different times 20 minutes apart ? Absolutely ridiculous. Please note there is a sign saying pancakes take 20-25 minutes but we did not order pancakes. There was also only one other table in the restaurant while we were there .

Events on opening day can be described as a mess. I lined up at the door from 10:30 and didn't enter the store until 11:10. The temperature outside is gradually rising. Especially the original cheesecake, they look like coal 😢 and taste like burnt. The souffle tasted mediocre too....
