NaRa Mediterranean Cuisine — Restaurant in Hamilton

So this is the second time I have ordered from this establishment. The first time I found 3 hairs in my food and I called them and spoke to the owner and she said she would replace the order next time. I ordered tonight (used DoorDash for both orders) and my order was done wrong. I made alterations to my order- it was disregarded, got my replacement order and when I called to notify them of the wrong order, the owner called me and told me she accepted it was wrong but” hope I enjoyed it anyways”- in a rather sarcastic tone. I told her I don’t eat what was sent and she totally disregarded me and said “well mistakes happen”. Second time is a charm with this place and I’M DONE. I live too far to drive back and replace things and the customer service by the owner is deplorable. EDIT: I said the food was nice the first time around...I didn’t get to eat my dinner as I don’t eat rice and I explained that to the owner. You totally brushed off my complaint. I get that mistakes happen but it’s very frustrating when you use services to get food delivered very far to you and this is the second time this is happening with your business. We ordered the shish taouk family platter and the hummus with chicken shawarma meat and it was DELICIOUS. The whole meal was made in a very timely manner and was very presentable. The hummus is very smooth tasting and doesn't have that sharp vinegar taste like most places, and the chicken is very moist and flavourful.

The owners of the privately owned restaurant are very pleasant people and take pride in their cooking. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers as they're very personable and pleasant upon meeting.

Came in this past Sunday with my husband for an early dinner. It was our first time eating at the restaurant. I had read reviews from various Facebook groups in Waterdown about how good the food was. Boy they did not disappoint! We both ordered the Chicken Shawarma Plate, by far the best chicken and rice I have ever had! The chicken was so tender and moist and the rice actually had flavour!
