I was hosted for this, but despite that, this is firmly in my top 3 shawarma spots in Hamilton, along with Neighbour Shawarma and Wagon Grill, although this might be my new favourite. The best dish we tried was the 1/2 chicken and 1/2 lamb shawarma on rice and fries. The portion was massive and the garlic sauce was perfect. I typically prefer chicken but the lamb may have it beat. I highly recommend trying their spicy garlic. The fries were almost identical to Costco fries, yet their seasoning brought this to a whole new level. Iād come back for the fries alone. Iām typically not a wrap or pita guy, but I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken shawarma on Saj. They even topped this with another dish (starts with an āM), which was spicy garlic on Saj, topped with more chicken shawarma. On top of this incredible experience, they were handing out lentil soup to any guest that wanted this. Iāve seen other reviews and confirmed with them that they do this for any customers waiting outside in line on their busy days, which added to the already awesome service. I canāt recommend this place enough and will be back in no time as part of my bi-weekly to monthly shawarma splurges.

Iāll upgrade my ranking, if things get improved! First of all, I bought a chicken family platter, so here I am talking on behalf of 4 adults. The food tasted great, but the reason of my 1 start is the service and the available options of taking orders. I live 20 mins far away of the restaurant. Their website and phone are there for nothing. I called 4 times to order and every time my calls were being directed to the voicemail. The website indicated no orders were accepted, so I had to drive all the way. When I reached there, one cashier and one cook were working. I asked the cashier lady about their phone issue and she told me they were known about it! OK what are you guys waiting for to fix it? I waited for 20 mins to have my order ready when my family was outside in the car! So itās a waste of 1 hour in total! If you want a returned customers, you have to bring more staff and solve the issues related to other sales channels; such as taking orders online or over the phone. For me, sorry you have already lost a customer and Iāll not return back until you solve this matter.

Iāve visited this place twice, and unfortunately, I found their chicken shawarma to be below average. The dressing, especially the hot sauce, was full of food coloring and didnāt taste good at all. They also overdid it with the white sauce, which threw off the balance of flavors. Overall, I think the place is a bit overrated. That said, their beef shawarma was much better, definitely above average compared to other places Iāve tried. However, I had some of their other beef and chicken meals, and both were disappointing. The beef one, in particular, was terrible ā it was mostly bones with very little meat, and the meat that was there seemed stripped off the bones, leaving mostly joints and bones! It was barely edible. While the restaurant is highly rated, I wouldnāt recommend it based on my experience. The only highlight is the friendly staff, especially the lady who takes orders. Other than that, the food just didnāt live up to the hype.

Came here on August 25, 2024. Wow. What a great value !!! This review is based on their Special Lamb family meal around $43. Huge platter! Very juicy tender sliced lamb and surprisingly tender crispy fried chicken tender. I did not know the platter include chicken tender. They say it feeds 3 people but honestly I think itās good for 4 people if you want to finish all the fries and pita bread. They include big container of hummus and pink pickle as well. The good: 1. Juicy lamb in a wrap. Not a lot of sauce that overpower the meat. All pure lamb flavor. If you like lamb this is a must-buy 2. We did take out and when we pay with debit they didnāt ask for tips. I like vendors that donāt over push for tips even for take out. 3. Get the family meal. Itās between $43-60 but itās way better value than individual wraps. Trust me. Will come back again for platters for sure.

The shawarma they serve is absolutely delicious, with a rich flavor and a perfect balance of ingredients. Whether itās chicken or beef, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Additionally, the attention to detail and the quality of service were exceptional. [Mohammed] was very helpful in recommending dishes and made sure that our experience was flawless from start to finish. Went there on opening day. Despite the rush due to the offer of $3 for a large chicken saj they had organised everything very well so that there was no crowding or confusion once the doors opened at noon. Also despite the speed at which they were dispensing the shawarmas the quality and quantity of the portions weren't compromised. Will šÆ be back ETA: for the people giving one star rating because they had run out of shawarma by the time they arrived. Their ads on social media very clearly said that due to the offer the sales would be only till stocks last. Not their fault people don't read the whole ad and then complain about finding exactly what was stated in it
