Subway — Restaurant in Hamilton

Never again. I don’t even know where to start. I placed an online order hoping for a decent sandwich, but what I got was a total disappointment. The bread was stale, like it had been sitting out since last week. The veggies were limp and looked like they had given up on life. The sub was dry as sand. The worker looked like they’d rather be anywhere else and slapped the ingredients together with zero care.

Subway: “Eat Fresh”? More like “Regret Immediately.”...

Normally would rate it 4/5 stars in relation to other subways, however, recent hires putting completely wrong ingredients on subs, wrapping footlongs in individual halfs (new policy? Or just habit of some?), And rushing through making subs so much that ingredients fall out when no one else is in line. Should be fixed in...

Friendly staff and I eat there 2 - 3 times a week. I am a senior and I usualy get a seniors discount 50% of the time . For some reason almost all Subway stores offer and some say the discount does not exist. I find the discount very useful in old age and would like to see your stores more familiar with it.
