I am not happy to leave a negative review on Tim Hortons, but unfortunately it was not a good experience today at 520-530pm. 1st of all the wait was 15 mins in drive-thru- which I have never experienced. Once our order was taken it wasn't that long before we made it to window. Order seemed right but I had to ask for sleeve for my Tea as I couldn't hold the cup, it was that hot. That should've been my clue that the contents was not correct. The coffee had 1 drop of milk in xlrg dark roast coffee , the order was 2 milk & 3 sugar. And my Tea was supposed to have 2 milk & 3 sugar. It had nothing , it was a black Tea 🙁. I came home added my own milk & sugar, it is now delicious. I called the TH, 1st time rang many times & then disconnected. Tried again. , Lady answered, and I asked how this could happen. Well I understand errors happen, but to add no milk or sugar?? Should not happen. She said if I returned she would make a new 1 for me, but told her, I've added the milk & sugar at home. She also said that the 2 working there don't usually work at this TH, but that shouldn't matter, milk & sugar, are the same at all Tims, I think? So her next option was to leave a note for manager, who will review it tomorrow . It was disappointing when you are expecting what you order but you don't get it. Read moreIt's absolutely horrible. We didn't go to the drive-thru and walked in so that we can get the food faster. But the two ladies in the restaurant were prioritizing the drive thru over the walk in customers. The gentleman in front of me waited forever while the ladies were taking all the drive thru orders. At least 7 to 8 cars passed, and I was still waiting for them to place my order. What kind of restaurant is this? If you cannot prioritize walk-in customers, then I think close the walk-in and focus on drive-thru. What a waste of time!! The franchise owner should take it seriously. Train the employees properly.
