Vida La Pita — Restaurant in Hamilton

Both order were missing sauce which made food very dry. Other order was substituted without letting us know, when it specifically says call if an item is unavailable. No dressings on the salads. We called the store back to let ask them whats going on, guy just says "hello"no acknowledgment of what establishment he is from. Informed him the issues, he said"oh i did wrote down that kebab was not available" i asked why we werent called?kept saying he wrote it down on a paper on the bag. He doesnt get that they should have called us prior to making the order. Meat he replaced was shredded beef that very dry and overcooked, also no sauce just like all other orders. All have specific instructions on doorsdash app on the receipt but he insist that we didnt put instructions. He then told me i should come to the store to fix the order. I said the whole point we ordered delivery is so we dont have to leave the house..he then said"u know what i have customers "then hangup. I guess im not a customer even if i paid for my order since my credit card is already charged,im no longer a customer that he has to deal with. Never again will me or my family and friends would order here. Our order also arrived half hr late btw. Hopefully the owners will talk to staff and train them properly how to treat their customers better specially if...

Came here at 11:40pm on Wed April 16 when their hours say they close at midnight. There was someone clearly being served and they locked the doors. Then ignored me as I was standing there. Both employees talking to the customer as if I wasnt there. Then I knocked on the door and they manually went and turned the open sign off. Stood there and knocked more for someone to acknowledge me. Then the customer being served is looking at me and can’t do anything because the employees are ignoring me. Then finally one guy looks over and says they’re closed. Won’t even open the door to acknowledge me. Just mouthing they're closed. There were even 2 guys sitting in there eating. The employee had such a sour look on his face and even when I said the hours say they close at midnight he just told me all they had was rice. I said I would buy it. And he still mouthed they are closed and turned away. Terrible rude customer service. As I was sitting in the car writing this review another customer went to the EARLY locked door. They at least gave him the decency of coming to the door, opening it and addressing him. I would've appreciated even just that. All to say I used to spend my money here but never will...

Wish i could take away even that one star. Horrible customer service, most unhygenic restaurant n staff ever ,can u believe while making shawarma they didnot even place a paper underneath n dragged it from one corner to the other over the counter while putting toppings n when asked them to put paper under wrap she replied in a disgusting n rude way u want this wrap or u wanna leave the store n i told her this is not the way to talk to customers ur being very rude,she again replied so loud n rude way u want it or not n blabbered something in different language under her breathe n literally threw the wrap in a bag n gave me in my hand, i was so shocked that with such behaviour how r they running the whole store the other guy was also not interested in dealing with customers he left the cash counter when i went to pay for it n same thing they repeated with the next girl no sheet under pita n dragging all the way one corner to other while putting toppings ,my question is wherez the food control authority .nobody gonna question them about their unhygenic practice on...
